Noisy busy hotel. Lots of noise in corridors Friendly helpful staff Very average food in the restaurant. Expensive (london ) car parking prices

Staff overall was nice but could’ve been more helpful when asking for help

1. Carpets were dirty. 2. Rooms were tiny. 3. No exhaust in the bathrooms. 4. Elevators/lifts were really tiny. Was very difficult to carry big suitcases. 5. Walkways outside the rooms were shabby.

I cancelled my booking and the went ahead and took my money . I didn’t even use the booking. I feel awful

Room was amazing and service was super efficient. Having a restaurant in the lobby was also a huge plus

Staff very friendly & welcoming. Room was in good condition, although would benefit from an uplift. Would have been nice to have been able to open a window, although the rooms did have air conditioning it would have allowed some fresh air to circulate. Breakfast was good, nice variety for families, more fresh fruit would have been nice & a better variety of croissants. The beds were uncomfortable, particularly the sofa bed. Shower was fine, for a family stay it would’ve been nice to have a bath for the children.

The very high standard is what really impresses me and the great attitude from the staff

Hotel was tidy and nicely decorated drinks was expensive. The main downside of the hotel is that there seems to be a club attached to the building which plays loud music until 1am so if you have a early flight I would recommend asking to stay in the other side of the hotel.

Fold out sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but everything else in the room was great. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Close enough to heathrow airport , and reasonable cost compared to other hotels adjacent to heathrow airport.

Great base for Windsor and Harry Potter studios.

Couldn't fault the staff but this hotel was very noisy and the food was just ok. I chose this hotel as it offered parking but was not advised until arrival that it was chargeable at £16 a night.

Rooms are not cleaned, not satisfed with house keeping services. Otherwise everthing was good.

Perfectly fine for a last minute, budget stay due to travel delays. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The room itself was clean but had a slight smell, possibly from the cleaning chemicals but maybe covering up the smell of smoking by a previous occupant; however, it was quite faint and we soon got used to it. The mattresses on the twin beds were a bit lumpy, but okay for one night, and the soundproofing wasn’t great - we could hear music coming from outside, and a (thankfully short lived) car alarm going off in the car park. The bathroom, though small, was clean with an excellent and powerful shower and limited but nice toiletries - shower gel and shampoo but no conditioner or other toiletries. All in all, a reasonable, no-frills pit stop while travelling.

To describe the hotel at terminal 5 is ridiculous. It was £30 in a taxi and £20 back the next morning on a shuttle. Would not have booked the venue if I'd known this. The hotel itself, excellent. Clean, quiet, good breakfast and fantastic staff.

I booked a room with a fridge, but in the end, I was given a room without a fridge.
