Holiday Inn Express LONDON - LUTON AIRPORT, an IHG Hotel

Check in was quick and efficient and room was clean and comfortable. Our only problem and it was a big one was the noise coming from the room next door due to having a connecting door that offered no sound insulation.

Overnight only. I had to leave at 4.30am to catch a flight so appreciated the early start to breakfast in the hotel.

8 minute walk to the airport. Could be better if they had a shuttle service. Very nice room and staff.

I made the mistake of staying here last night. Food was terrible - Burgers completely tasteless and pasta inedible. Room is tiny in comparison to competition. Bed is uncomfortable. The room is incredibly noisy and I don't mean due to the hotels surroundings, I mean the actual hotel is noisy. You can hear people in other rooms. There is a constant bass drone of aircon even though mine is off. Did not sleep at all. The cherry on top is the completely rip-off price of £25 (discounted from £50) for one nights parking. Your competition charges £12. The only decent experience with this hotel was with the staff at reception who were totally professional. Pity that experience did not extend to other areas. Will not be staying again.

Good for airport

Hotel is well positioned for an early morning flight from Luton airport. Reception staff were pleasant. Room was clean, beds comfortable and there were nice towels in the shower room. Unfortunately the room which was above the entrance was not very well soundproofed and I could hear car doors being shut during the night which disturbed my sleep. Take-away breakfast was useful.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating! A lovely stay!

Great value for money. Staff at booking in were very efficient and polite.

All good. Great breakfast. Very convenient for the airport. Only issue was parking was expensive and there was no sign to say hotel guests get a discount if they use a code. I already paid when I arrived - doh

A great place to sleep before an early flight. It makes travel much easier.

Got a room on the ground floor with a window to the car park, so had people walk in front of it continuously. Room was on the small side and bathroom needs some renovation

It’s Luton Airport (Campari accent) - great location if you’re leaving. Great breakfast and service.

Nice and cosy, clean and comfortable room, 8 min walk to airport with nice views, the receptionist was very nice as well

Well priced option near Luton airport with great receptionist. Room carpet didn’t feel clean but was perhaps just a bit dated.

Poor interaction at check in. Receptionist could not be bothered.

Stayed just to be close to luton airport for early flight. Walkable or short taxi ride. Great lobby area with bar and areas to sit and order food and drinks. Clean comfy room. Friendly staff. Free breakfast included which was perfect and starts early enough.

Only problem is other people not being very considerate

Perfect for airport hotel. Just needed a clean comfy place to sleep for the night and it was that. Breakfast was lovely and they cater for coeliacs. The room was small but had everything! Real clever use of space.
