We’ve really enjoyed our stay from start to finish.
We were greeted on arrival and we also were explained about how to shower the payment for parking out and given a code to make the charge half price.
All the staff members we came across were friendly, helpful and pleasant.
The customer service was exceptional.
The hotel is clean, tidy with the rooms very spacious and the bed is so comfortable, has a fantastic sleep.
The breakfast was delicious. There’s plenty to choose from all of which are high quality items.

Very friendly receptionist I don’t remember her name we checked in was around 5pm . We would like to late check out so she help me to become a member and we can be late check out till 2pm . Room is big also

I checked out today, the 2 staff at the reception were very rude and unprofessional. When l was handing in the keys they kept on talking to each laughing as if they didn’t see me as a customer to Hand in the keys. Very unprofessional behaviour. Then one of them just snatch the keys from my hand. Then l walked away to leave the building , one of them 2 said to me “have a good day” both of them laughing.

Hotel nice but evening service was poor. Bar staff dancing and messing around which was distracting whilst I was trying to do some work and when asked for a Guinness they had not had time top up the fridge poor. Food ok but no knive and forks and when I asked where they were the waitress there is not out so I asked how do I eat my food her response was I shall have to back in the kitchen and see if we have any that are clean

Toilet leaked all over the floor, empty wine bottle under the desk so clearly not cleaned well, tv could only get BBC1 and BBC2, all other channels say no signal. Mentioned it on checked out and just got a ‘sorry’

Thousands of cigarette butts litter around hotel entrance. Staff is lovely, friendly and helpful - but they’re understaffed and waiting time at bar and reception too long.
Wifi so slow they should rather just not bother.

Ok.a bit tired but bed and pillows clean and comfy. Just a couple of points
Office chair in room had white stains all over back rest. The one lift is frustratingly slow. Breakfast was great, parking very reasonable at £7 for 24hrs and just round the corner from bus stop.

Room and bathroom stank of stale nicotine. I put the air-con on to provide a breeze to reduce the odour when in bed, but this was noisy and drying so shocking nights sleep.
