Holiday Inn LEEDS - GARFORTH by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Had a great stay, room was great, with a good view, felt that some of the reviews we'd seen elsewhere were unfounded, we found it clean, modern and a great price.

We checked in late after a very long drive, went into the room and found old stale fries on the floor under the desk and hanging cobwebs and dust from the ceiling. At the time there was no one on the front desk so was just easier to clean it myself and go to sleep

Excellent as usual comfy beds food is banging enjoyed my 2 day stay will defo be booking again.

Average Holiday Inn A little tired in places and Average rooms

Awful stay, booked for a overnight stop off after driving 7 hours from the Scottish highlands, reception gave us the wrong room, no cots available, no sheets for pull out bed, food was very expensive & completely dissatisfying if im completely honest pathetic quality & quantity, definitely dont get your moneys worth!! Ended up leaving after a few hours as my partner and i ended up having to squeeze in a bed with our son after not been given a cot or sheets for the sofa bed and after all that all we could hear was multiple different neighbours partying. So if you are looking for a relaxing stay, avoid this place at all costs. What a waste of money.

Smooth stay from check in to check out. Lovely evening meal and breakfast. Staff all friendly and efficient.

Staff were great and very accommodating. The rooms and building itself was a let down. No elevators so you would need to lug your suitcases up and down stairs. We were given a room the first night that had yellow stains along the bath floor. The door did not close as the handle was completely broken. When we brought this to the attention of the staff in the morning, we were given a new room. The staff were helpful. The next room did not have a working phone. The rooms are disappointing. The location of the hotel was refreshing.

Ok for a stop over

Staff were all lovely but the pool was having maintenance work carried out which was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. We were offered a free drink each in the restaurant as compensation but myself and my husband do not drink alcohol so was not really anything in comparison. The sofa bed for the kids was ridiculously uncomfortable, flat as a pancake and lumpy. The breakfast was lovely the next morning and all staff were friendly and nice.

This was our first break away with our 3 month old. We booked a family room, only to arrive and find these are all on the first floor and there is no lift. Leighton was amazing at helping us get the pram to our room and later sorting the order for our evening meal. Room looked clean, however we didn't appreciate the extra Ant guests staying!

The hotel is dated on the exterior but quite modern inside. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great.

Staff were great, it was very clean. Felt a little dated in the pool/sauna area, but overall very very satisfied.

Great hotel, better quality but much cheaper than Travelodge for the date and location we wanted. Free wifi was a bonus! Parking was easy and free and the staff at reception friendly.

Lovely staff, really helpful when we needed a cot and the tv rebooting. Pool is an added bonus, especially with 2 small children and a long car journey. Breakfast was good value with a decent selection of hot and cold options. Would very happily stay here again- excellent value and facilities for a family overnight stay.
