Good location for our needs. Electric charging points were available and most seemed to be working from what I could see - easy to set-up and use too. Rooms were a good size and the bathroom amenities were very good (shower-gel/shampoo/etc.). Breakfast was good value. Decent pint of Guinness served at the bar (I was only having one but treated myself to a second before bed!).

We only had a short stay after flying back into the country in the early hours but the location was fantastic for the airport, the rooms were very clean and it was a wonderful quiet spot.
The real mark of excellence though was the brilliant and friendly staff. They were just genuinely great, friendly people and it made all the difference. The complimentary drinks when we were leaving was just the icing on the cake and a lift for a very tired family facing a six hour drive home.
Thank you so much for the amazing service, I would happily recommend to anyone.

An excellent hotel. Our visit was marred by some other guests in an adjoining room who were noisy and disruptive and one who was obviously very drunk. However following a complaint to the reception the hotel sorted out the problem quickly, effectively and satisfactorily. They are also refunding some of our charges.

We were not able to use the indoor pool as they introduced a rule of booking the pool for 30 minutes at "Health Centre Desk". There was no staff available to take the bookings and when became available there was no booking left for the pool through out the 3 days of our stay. Breakfast time was horrible, long queues, waiting for ages and miss management. The manager was quite dismissive of everything and was confrontational when complained. Terrible experience. Never again!
