Stayed for a concert at The O2 with my daughter - fantastic location opposite Canning Town tube station and only one stop away from the venue. Clean and comfortable room with everything that you would need, would definitely stay here again

Literally over the road from the tube station. Alot of places to easy near by. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. Stayed here twice this year and both visits have been excellent.

Overall not bad, staff could have been more friendly and efficient, they looked bored and were a bit slow to serve. Rooms are badic, a bit on small side over looking private properties, but handy for metro.

Our stay at Ibis - Canning Town was perfect! Really convenient location as it’s directly opposite the tube station, the area was calm/quiet and safe, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout (a special shoutout to Tahir!) 🌟

Fantastic

I liked how close the accomodation was to the train station, and that it was on one of the main lines, making it easy to get to anywhere we wanted around London. There was also bus stops right in front - we just didn't find the need to use them since the trains were usually quicker! The breakfast buffet was also great, and I would recommend adding on as it was quite decent and makes your mornings easier. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I liked that you were able to leave your luggage with them if you got there earlier before check-in, or needed storage until your flight later after check-out (most places would've charge you extra for luggage storage). The only downside was that the room we had was a bit small, but it was still manageable as we were only there for a couple of nights.

The reception staff was great and listened to our problems with the shower and aircon. The breakfast was good. Location is great if you're going to the O2.

Lovely pillows and very comfortable mattress! Great staff - tried to upsell but felt no pressure! Room not made up but no problem. Will definitely stay again!

I stayed here with my daughter when we went to a concert at the O2. It was so easy to get to and from O2 and felt like a safe area and just across the road from the tube station, ideal for us coming back really late. Check in was easy. I liked the vibe when walking into the hotel, felt more like a bar than a hotel lobby. Our room was upgraded which meant it was slightly bigger and had some better refreshments etc. The room was clean, comfortable and really quiet. Will absolutely stay again for future O2 concerts

Staff was always polite, the facilities were always clean! It’s located right opposite the tube and a bus stop which was helpful
