Stayed here while watching the boxing with my son
carpet in the room was sticky and filthy had to use towels to walk on

Surroundings poor, road noisy, rooms tired and bathroom poor. No safe, water, hand towel. Very noisy aircon. Awful breakfast. Best point were staff who were all friendly and helpful

Worst bed I've ever slept in... Like ever. My neck hurts right now, it was that bad. Next hotel was supposed to be ibis?? Not anymore - cancelled it. Never again. No sockets next to the bed, and one of the two next to the window didn't even work. Kettle didn't look clean so I didn't even chance it. Toilet tissue was in an awkward place to reach when sat down. Room had a smell that went away after two days. (2 previous ibis hotels I've stayed also had a weird smell... it must just be an ibis thing.)

Ideal spot for us-visiting central London then off to Luton. Easy check in, really polite staff, superb standard of beds-haven’t been to Ibis for some time, but will definitely check them out again for the price.
