We didn't expect much because it was a cheap room but it was worse than expected. It's really run down, hasn't been kept up at all. There were no hand towels, the carpet looks pretty dirty and the beds were hard, not very comfortable. The dining room was nice, good service and food was okay but we would pay a little more next time.

The tv or remote never worked 6 times i went to rdception but no good repair man came and just fiddled with loosr terminals very dangerous then went and i hac to go again because it wojld not switch off no telephone support at desk from room for just short of 100 pounds and slso wrong instructions for bus shutyle i missed my connection flight to Canada and no breakfast included ve

The reception area was nice and well maintained. However the room was a bit old and tired, with a moldy smell in the room. No A/C either.

Liked price,location OK as transportation to Heathrow conveniently in front of property. I was not advised there were two Hotel Ibises at Heathrow. a kilometer apart. We were dropped off at the wrong Ibis and had to take a city bus to get to the one that held our reservation. I advise Ibis to make this distinction clear in their description.

Room was too hot, yes it had been high 20’s that day, cooling system is inadequate.
Honestly decorating is much too dark, public space and rooms feel oppressive.
Other than that it’s good. Breakfast is good selection.

Hotel advised to take shuttle bus to hotel. They failed to mention this is not a free shuttle bus - the 35 minute trip to hotel for 2 people was the more than the cost of a 6 minute trip in an uber, which we took the next day. There are no refrigerators in the rooms and very few rooms have aircon and those which don't, are given a fan.
