Stay one night for the concert at OVO Wembley Arena. Best location, only 5 mins walk.
Check-in was great, the staff asked if I want high or lower floor. Look at the view of the 14/F room, it’s stunning.
The room is clean and comfortable.

Quick check in and check out. Breakfast was lovely but had to wait for certain things to be cooked. Bed was comfortable, but room was cold. Tried to adjust the heating but never got too hot.

Clean property and friendly staff.
The biggest issues we had was the shower. Very poor design which meant the bathroom floor was flooded each time we used the shower. No vent either so it becomes very steamy. Beds are not the most comfortable. Needs a much better mattress.

Staff friendly & helpful. Incident with noisy guests at night , security very helpful although offered to move room - at midnight? Luckily did not come to that.
Stains on one bed (twin room) bedlinen. Dirty mark on shower curtain.
Otherwise ok for purpose.

One lift was down for maintenance which can’t be helped, but coming back from a show did mean quite a long wait for the lift. Other wise hotel was perfect great check in -check out times close to everything you could need. Clean and bed was comfy and shower had very good pressure.

Mostly a good stay. Staff were great. Room clean.
But. Lifts were awful. Slow. Out of service. Embarrassing
Bar crazy expensive. £7.50 for a pint in the stadium (a lot!!!) but £9.20 inthe hotel for the same drink = disgusting
