We had a brilliant stay! We were in the Junior Suite, which I'd booked to celebrate a friend's birthday. The room was spacious, clean and had amazing views of The O2. The products in the rooms were plentiful and smelled heavenly. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially in the spa, where the staff arranged a birthday cake for my friend after her treatment! We had dinner at Kinaara, and I highly recommend their contemporary indian food and the beautiful view. Cocktails at Eighteen Sky Bar were fabulous (and we loved the bar snacks too). All in all, a memorable stay.

I stayed at this hotel during the London Marathon weekend and couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and on the morning of the marathon, they went the extra mile by having a food cart set up at the entrance for runners, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast service was also incredible, with a wide range of options including plenty of gluten-free choices, which I really appreciated. They even allowed me to keep my car parked on-site during the marathon, which made the day much less stressful. Highly recommend for both comfort and outstanding service!

Was a great option for after the show at the O2. Unfortunately, they missed the opportunity to have more than one bar open. The queue for elevators was massive, I'm sure people wouldn't have minded going for a drink while the queue was so large. We ended up taking the stairs, not so bad for us, with just 5 floors to go, but others (including elderly people) were going up 11, 15, or more. They should have anticipated the need, given the show was sold out.

Overall yet another wonderful stay. Great room, fantastic area close enough to central London to pop in, but plenty close by like the O2 shopping and also the ever better Canary Wharf dining and shopping. The majority of staff were wonderful, but on our last day we checked out and then saw a show at the O2… when we came back in to pay for our hotel parking the reception chap was miserable and rude, like it was an inconvenience. Only other gripe is the sofa bed for our son - just not that comfortable! You can do better!

The room was clean and tidy. The team at the front desk was helpful during check in. However there was a misunderstanding as I was only making enquiry about breakfast but we noticed it got added to the bill when we check out, it took a while to clarify the situation and the charge has been removed at the end. Overall it was a good experience to stay at this hotel.

Overall very good. Room was quite small, but had everything that was needed - particulary impressed that the TV had a sleep timer and the shower water pressure was amazing!
Quality of food at the breakfast buffet was really good.
When checking in, lots of the car-parking at the front of the hotel, Tesla EV charging.
Overall, really like the hotel and would stay again.

Our stay at the Intercontinental - O2 was amazing. The hotel was lovely. The views for the top level bar were beautiful! We made full use of the spa which was really good, breakfast was really nice. Hotel room was good - bed was very comfortable (pillows were amazing).
But most of all the location was absolutely perfect! We were going to a concert and the location of the hotel couldn't have been better!
Would highly recommend!

Hotel ideally situated for the O2. Beautiful decor, lovely staff, very helpful. We ate in the Brasserie and the food was amazing with great service. Lovely views of the river and Canary Wharf. Nice touch receiving chocolates on checkout.

This hotel is in a great location for the O2. Our room was comfortable with a lovely view of the river.
A couple of minor points let it down a bit.
1. The dining room is quite small in relation to the size of the hotel which meant a long queue for breakfast.
2. The first floor bar has lovely views over the river, if you stand up! Nearly all the seats face the river but, unfortunately, the bottom window panes have obscure glass so when you are sat down you can’t see out.
3. We had to ask twice for our tea, coffee and milk to be replenished.
Overall though we still had a pleasant short stay and we would stay again.
