Excellent service, received glass of fizz on arrival, free room upgrade. We were in London to do wedding shopping and the hotel service was just excellent. Only a 5 minute walk from Holborn tube station, which you can get to directly from Heathrow! I would stay here again in a heart beat!! My only critical remark would be that I think it’s quite a lot to charge service for a drink and then request an additional tip on top (which is discretionary of course) but I guess that’s the times we live in! Thanks again and we will be back.

The reception team were so friendly when checking us, we were also offered a welcome drink of Prosecco, water or juice which was a nice touch! The room was lovely and clean and a great size!

Room was very comfortable and modern. Restaurant and bar had nice wait staff who were frazzled and disorganized. We tried it once and then went out other evenings. Bar in particular was slow and limited.
