The hotel was in a wonderful area close to restaurants, shops, the theatre, and much more. Each member of the staff was so attentive and accommodating, welcoming us in with a glass of champagne, crisp fruit infused water, or juice, providing suggestions, and arranging travel plans if needed. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to London!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room service was excellent. Sebastian was very informative and knowledgeable with suggestions on things to do in London. Room was great except our view out the window was looking at the air conditioning units. Room was quiet and dark for sleeping. Room was cleaned daily. Supplied water, coffee and cookies daily.

The staff was always present and welcoming. They had umbrellas by the exit which was great since I forgot to bring one and it was raining when I arrived. The bar at the hotel was subpar. Service was a bit slow, they forgot to bring me either utensils for my food, or a menu that I asked for. The rooms were great and had everything I needed, with ropes and sleepers.
