Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast items were tasty. Only thing is the noise from outside. Our room was on the 4th floor facing the street. Late night, we can hear intoxicated people yelling in the street. And we can hear car traffic outside.

Hotel quite nice. Almost all hotels in Paddington area are worth renting.
It’s a short/easy walk from Paddington station and it’s a quiet area compared to downtown London.
It’s so nice to walk downtown, through Hyde Park.

Very polite and friendly staff. We received a room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Our room was clean, had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from Paddington station, which was perfect, as i was travelling with my little boy.
