One of the nicest Hotels and one of the best parts of London we've ever stayed in. We would definitely stay here again. The Hotel and rooms were spotless, clean and fresh. The Hotel and Bar staff were wonderful, very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We left feeling very relaxed and happy. 10/10

We stayed for one night and had a good experience. We booked a Standard room and couldn’t find any faults at all. The room was thoughtfully equipped with two complimentary water bottles, slippers, an iron and ironing board, and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom had a standalone shower with quality amenities, which added a nice touch to our stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient, thanks to the warm and professional receptionist who greeted us on arrival. Although we didn’t stay for breakfast, everything else was spot on. The location is unbeatable, just steps from St. Paul’s Cathedral, making it perfect for a city break or business stay. Highly recommended – we’d happily return!

The staff were great. The front desk associates were very helpful with managing my early arrival and securing a safe cab ride when I had an early morning flight. The cafe inside the hotel is great — brilliant match lattes and great service.

Fantastic hotel with friendly and professional staff , clean room with extra touches , decent bar with ambience , good breakfast with a wide selection. I have stayed in many London hotels and would say this overall is hard to beat.

The room they gave me on the first night did not have a real window. They gave me a better room for the second and third night.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. It had a cute coffee shop attached. The only issue I had was how small the room was. I booked a queen room and luckily was there by myself. I would have been uncomfortable if I had to share this room due to the size.

The location is great, a few blocks from the Thames River and a short walk to the Tate Modern Museum. Centrally located near St Paul‘s Underground Station. A bonus was that the Hop On and Toot tour bus stops were right across the street.

Rooms are very small. Too small.

I was on the 1st floor and my window was frosted glass (guessing it looked out the into the alley). Would have preferred a view to the street. But I admit it was very quiet and peaceful as I like.

Great location to catch the tour bus and walk to many places of interest. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant for breakfast each day. The rooms are very small with just room enough to walk around the bed but very clean.
