It was lovely everything was great the staff were polite and very helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The food was superb. The actual grounds were beautiful also. Overall had a brilliant stay will definitely be coming back.

A very nice hotel with nice grounds, the staff were great and the food better still. The gym is a big plus and is well kept. The room was clean and tidy only let down by only having 2 pillows on a double bed I'd expect 4 but other than that a great stay and I'd stay again.

When you go to drive into the hotel they need to have extra lightening to drive through the grounds and sign post at the entrance to guide you to reception as it is very dark. It's alright during the day.
Breakfast could do with being hotter as it was Luke warm.
Rooms needed to have tissues.

Maintenance is very poor. First of all i was booked in a room which was like a sauna with nothing to turn the heating off then i was changed to another room which the key didn't work so back to the reception were i was to anoth44er room for the third time and everything thing seemed resolved but i went out for the evening on my return the key wouldn't work again and for 35 minutes i couldn't find anyone to help me to sought the key.

Checked in around 8pm asked if there was room service was advised yes. Got to room after walking up stairs with bags as no lift and no offer of help, No menu called down to reception they said we can read it to you - I wanted to browse and decide and also wanted to look at prices etc. Filled in breakfast card for room hung on door to find it still there in the morning so had to rush down to breakfast with wet hair. Room was a good size but basic

Generally very clean and the staff were very polite. Only that last night we had an issue with water supply for the greater part of the evening. We went to bed without running water.
Also their air-con is fixed at 19.5% and you cant change it so the temperature was uncomfortable during the night. At the same time their top linen is just a very warm duvet which makes things worse. I requested for simple bed sheets and I was promised that someone was going to bring it to my room but no one turned up.
Please make it clear that if one wants to use the beauty facilities ie getting treatment, they need to book well in advance. The primary reason I went there was for my wife to use the Spa. Unfortunately we were told that it was fully booked and she was disappointed.

What a poor stay , I stayed there with my partner for 2 days , I had dust all over the lamps in my room one of my lights wasn’t working , very noisy at night when I was trying to sleep , my hair dryer didn’t work my partner went down to reception
And told them waiting half hour for them to bring a new hair dryer up not good at all

I had 2 nights here. The first night was fine. The second night, I went down for food, ordered a burger and chips at 18:00 and it didn't arrive until 18:50 (not a sorry from the server) and it was so dry I had one bite and didn't eat the rest. I was offered something else but at this point I had enough and wanted to be done with it all. Then when I was trying to get some sleep (room 8) form 21:00 onwards i could hear nothing but the creaking floorboards from the above room. Again, it was too late in the day for me to do anything and I just wanted to sleep. I was going to say something the reception in the morning when asked how was my stay but when i checked out I didn't even get this question. I will actively try not stay here again.

False advertised the place is stuck in the 1910s and titanic wants its decor back. Horrendous and fully expecting a refund. We didnt stay there in the end and went somewhere much more suitable. That wasnt falsley advertised

Sadly disappointed with this stay. Thought there would be more of a wow factor about it. Overlooking bin store and rubbish and woken up at 5.40am by staff talking loudly outside the kitchen. I’m sure they would have modernised other parts of the hotel, but I think I drew the short straw on this occasion 🙁

The reception and checking in was ok.
My room was quite cold, the thermostat did not appear to do anything, but there was a wall heater.
However as the power works off key card, when i left to go to dinner, the heating obviously went off.
I also woke up in the wee small hours and was cold.
Dinner was interesting. I ordered the Salmon, as advertised on the menu, turned out to be Sea bream, whcih no one else had noticed. The vegetables were different to those stated as well.
Sadly I did not get to use the health club areas.
