Great Hotel & Location. All staff were friendly and helpful. On my next visit I may skip the breakfast and try the local brunch spots.

Very friendly staff, good quality room and excellent location

Our room was extremely hot and we couldn’t get it to cool down. Uncomfortable bed. We also were charged a large amount for laundry and we were never informed of the price.

Nice hotel within 5 minutes walking distance from Covent garden. Nicely appointed rooms with Nespresso machines. Nice breakfast too.

I cannot rate this hotel enough. It is in a perfect location, a five-minute walk from Covent Garden. The room is larger than most hotels in central London (and spotlessly clean). It provides ample space for luggage and clothes, and our room even had a chaise longue. What makes this hotel unique is the top-standard service. All staff members —cleaners, bar and restaurant staff, reception, concierge, and maintenance—were excellent. Polite, and accommodating. The breakfast is à la carte and fantastic. There are many hot and cold options. My husband is vegetarian, and there were a number of plant-based items for him to choose from. Over the years, we have stayed in many hotels in London for work and leisure, of varying stars and prices. This hotel is by far the best value for money.

We recently stayed here for two nights for my wife's birthday. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. You are greeted with a stunning reception area, which is tastefully decorated and oozes class. The reception staff were very welcoming and even provided us with a room upgrade for the special occasion. The room was lovely, very clean and with all the amenities you would expect - very good soundproofing (we never heard any other guests) and the blackout curtains were excellent. The control for the lights took a little getting used to but was quite intuitive once you got the hang of it. The only issue we had was with the shower head leaking, however we reported this to reception and it was fixed by the time we returned later that day! The hotel is in a perfect location - a two minute walk from the nearest tube station and only 8 minutes walk from Covent Garden! We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Brilliant stsy. Lovely spacious rooms. Beds and pillows are so comfortable and hotel is very quiet so got a great nights sleep. The room amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious too

Gorgeous hotel, staff really do go the extra mile. We managed an early check in and to the most beautiful suite. Beds are extremely comfortable, did not want to leave! Thank you middle eight for making my husbands birthday one to remember!
