I had a fantastic stay at the hotel and the staff truly made it memorable. Shaikh, Umer, and Vlad were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The room was spotless, Highly recommend this place for its exceptional service and wonderful team.

Very well located. Nice neighborhood next to Paddington station where most main trains and subway stations converge.

We had a lovely stay, our room wasn't big, but roomy enough to move around, we had a view of some rooftops lower down but to be honest it didn't matter as we were out all day each day, there was a Fridge which was great with complimentary drinks but there was no information in our room which told us that! we did have a can of Coke one night and I mentioned this when we checked out to pay for it and the Guy in reception said it was complimentary, we also had a Basket of fruit in the room which was a lovely touch,
Breakfast was basic cooked English with a choice of Continental meats, cheeses, crossiants, pastries and fresh & dried fruit and Yogurts, so something for everyone's taste!
The Staff were lovely and very approachable.

We arrived to Chilworth early and had no issue checking in early. Unfortunately, our door lock was broken and it took about 30 minutes for the whole system to be replaced, which cut into our single day in London. Upon looking at the room drink offerings, we found that one of the hot chocolate packets was open and left in the display. Additionally the body wash in the shower was empty. The room was very tight, just enough room for the bed. The steps down into the room were an unexpected obstacle for luggage and there was no guide on how to use the light switches, which required a key card to operate. The shower and bathroom were the highlight of the stay.

Staff were incredibly accommodating as I was a little nervous travelling alone and they managed to get me access to my room earlier. Jeana at reception really looked after me, Peter was very helpful in sorting my phone charging issues and Taj kindly helped with cases. Would definitely stay again.

Location is Fantastic with Paddington Station a 3 minute walk! Great restaurants in the hotel and around the corner!

The single room was small but suited my needs and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed for 5 nights. There were two broken drawers in the closet but once again, all served the purpose. Breakfast was as needed and appreciated. I would recommend.

It's a townhouse nestled among a row of houses. It's cute and convenient to transportation. Literally, around the corner from Paddington Station.

Lovely property just blocks from Paddington station. Staff were friendly & so helpful, accommodating my early arrival with a place to freshen up & rest a bit before my room was ready (and it was also ready early). I'm staying again later this month & look guard to it.
