For some reason the E's on the signage are backwards. Really did my head in during the visit. So much so, i prob wouldnt go back. Room wasnt ready at 3pm and spa staff wouldnt let us use the pool, until we had to fully explain. Food was good, room was clean, ciew was lovely

I paid for breakfast through Expedia and the hotel told me this was not confirmed to them and had to pay £50 deposit to hotel for room and breakfast until it was sorted. I’ve still not received my £50 deposit back

Booked in to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. We wanted to use the spa, relax and revisit Hoxton where my husband worked in the 1990’s. Hotel was great although email communication before check in was slow. Staff, particularly the breakfast staff were excellent. We enjoyed the pool although couldn’t book treatments. Room was good and the area great for us.

My 2nd time staying here, even I compare with other hotels they are above excellent in all the way, specially when you stay with toddlers/ child you will be surprised how friendly all the staffs are to the children. Had a little disappointment at the restaurant due to their miscommunications but again manager solved an issue so professionally for us. I highly recommended to family/friends/couples and the area is perfect for dining out.

Montcalm East Autograph Collection exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. A huge thank you to the staff who went above and beyond to make my partner's birthday extra special, with thoughtful touches in our beautifully decorated room. The room itself was superb, equipped with everything we needed, including a heated bathroom floor.
The spa was a relaxing oasis, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was an excellent choice. Breakfast was also outstanding, offering a wide selection. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and attentive. We can’t wait to return!

This was an amazing hotel to stay in London. It's a couple of minutes walk from Old Street station. Breakfast options with Pret-A-Manger, right around, along with Starbucks and McDonalds 24 hours. Breakfast option at the hotel was pretty good as well. The staff was super helpful and in our case, our younger son got locked out of the room, while with his elder brother sleeping in the room and the staff helped out with an extra key in the most timely manner and my son was very happy that they took care of him promptly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Montcalm East for three nights, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s ambiance is stunning, and the attention to detail in every aspect of their service truly sets them apart.
