Morgan Hotel

Clean rooms , comfortable beds , excellent value for money . Excellent breakfast . Right bang in central London . And can leave suitcase /bags in the restaurant when checking out . If you want to mooch round London without dragging them With you . Polite and helpful staff .

Clean room, unique layout, but definitely worked for the family traveling

Single room with plenty of amenities- kettle, fridge, table top ironing board and iron, hairdryer and room safe. Location is great for Oxford and Regent streets and several theatres. Breakfast was lovely - cereal, fruit and yoghurt options plus you can order toast and full English ( or parts of it - I had poached eggs on toast). Room was over heated and radiators wouldn't turn off but a call to Reception resulted in maintenance arriving in 10 mins and fixing the issue. Bathroom has a sloping ceiling so take care by the sink if tall but the shower itself was great. Bed was comfortable but narrow. Armchair and TV in the room so there's somewhere comfy to sit if you spend any evenings in

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. Pros- The room was a great size and the location was great! The breakfast was a full English breakfast and delicious. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. Cons- The decor in the room was very worn and tired. The dusty old fake flowers and curtains and dirty chairs need to go. The carpet and bathroom flooring needs replacing, as does the corroded, rusty bathroom faucet. The room does have lovely English charm and with some needed updates and cleaning, it would be so lovely.

Room was a good size for London and everything was clean and well ordered. The staff were friendly though service at breakfast was a little slow. That said breakfast when it arrived was excellent.

Breakfast was great. Hotel dated and lacking, loads of stairs to rooms, bed/ room tiny and uncomfortable. Bonus, great location and price

Old wonky building, short staffed, ok for a short stay.

The hotel met our expectations of a one night stay in London for a theatre and shopping trip. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was very nice so overall a good experience

Room smaller than expected but ok for an overnight stay

Great location. Great breakfast. Large room. A bit dated and you should expect to carry luggage up and down narrow stairs.

Good breakfast Rooms noisy because old creaky floors

The breakfast was very good, and the property is clean. It's a 3 star hotel, therefore, for the price it's fair. It's centrally located, with great proximity access to the subway/ tube and, busses .

Mattresses and shower

It's Harry Potters closet under the stairs. Tiny, mold smelling, cold, and why it isn't a storage room is just greed.

The ladies were lovely and breakfast was always great. The room though had cracked windows and the shower had some major black mold in the grout. Despite that the ladies did a great job tidying up our rooms and were always friendly. I can tell they work hard so 5 stars for them 3 for the room.

Pros: The location is great: 5-minute walk to the British Museum and 10-20 minute walk to shows and restaurants. Farouk was great as well as cleaners and breakfast staff. Breakfast was hefty and tasty. Cons: The room was a dump. Although cleaned every day, it still felt dirty. The floor and maybe the entire building was sloping and felt unsafe walking around in it, especially on the steep spiral staircase. We're elderly and got the highest floor. I asked for a different room, but was offered one in a separate building which meant going every morning to Morgan Hotel for breakfast. This would have been very inconvenient. So, I declined. The soap/shampoo/conditioner stunk. The shower door was hard to open and close. The other concierge was very rude.

Great location! Room small but clean. Service staff good. Breakfast could use some help starting with the coffee. Breakfast menu did not vary at all. We stayed a week and actually ate out breakfast after the first 2 days so we could get good coffee and some sweet rolls etc. Was noisy at night as outer window would not close and we were next to major street and a stop light. Would have been nicer to ne in back side of hotel away from the street as we'd requested. Staff was good overall

Not great, but ok. 3 flights to carry luggage up and down.
