Definitely recommend this hotel. Room was very clean and staff were helpful throughout our stay. Cleanliness is great, couldn’t fault it. Beds are very comfy and the room and bathroom were very spacious.

Stayed 1 night as we had family doing the Kew Gardens half marathon, we had 3 rooms for our family. All rooms were great. Swimming pool and sauna was nice. About 15 minute walk to South Ealing underground station.
Had an evening meal here and that was nice, would stay here again.

Lengthy waiting to be checked in. Strange frosted glass shower setup. Beds weren't very comfortable. Sauna wasn't hot. Aircon not working. Breakfast was good.
