Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform NOX Kensington Gardens in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Photo ID (a driving license or passport) is required at the time of check-in to be scanned by the property and must match the credit card used at the time of booking. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Valid photo ID must be presented upon check-in.
