Place is classy , yet a little older
Ac units are loud but work
Bathroom water- my god - hot snd powerful
I’d love to have that shower in my house
And did I say anything about the staff?
Location- shopping right there
Subway across the street
2 stops from the sites
We did the national gallery, Big Ben , parliament, Westminster abbey and London bridge and the underground all in one day
Warning- if you are colorblind you will get lost in the subway

Lovely hotel, nice and clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Great location for Oxford street, it's right next Bond st underground station. We will definitely stay there again.

If you want very very central then this is a good choice. It was a very noisy area with tourists. And given its location a high tariff for the room. Staff good and breakfast excellent.

I like the location, very easy access to public transportation. The rooms are outdated,carpets need replacing. We moved to another room as daughter joined us the last 2 nights.Room is very warm,AC is not running we were given a fan.power outlets are limited.There’s coffeemaker but had to plug near the headboard.staff are nice.

Check in wasn't that good as the receptionist didn't recognise my vip status and said if it's not there own vip I couldn't have anything like the 20% of food and soft drinks and an upgrade if possible but when I showed her my booking that said otherwise she backed down she wasn't friendly

The room was very warm, 24.5 degrees centigrade. i put the aircon on but this was set to winter so only put more heat into the room. I was told by staff to open the window, i did this and the noise outside was so loud I had to shut this again. i was offered a fan but this would only blow the warm air around the room. no apology from staff about the problem, they just said thats how it is.

The hotel is clean but average. The decor is average for what you're paying. The hotel is hot and the air does not work, be prepared to open a window. Great location, close to everything. I would stay here again based on that alone.

The hotel was lovely; brilliant location very central to where we wanted to go. Breakfast was lovely too.
My only negative was that the bed was small for a double, but still very comfy. All up a great place to stay and really good value.

I was looking forward to the stay as I normally stay at cheaper hotels. The hotel was above expectations on entry and the receptionist who was on when I came in to drop my bag off was brilliant. I didn't catch her name though. Although I was there around 11am, I was given access to my room early as it was ready to go. I only wanted to drop my bag off as I was heading to a country music festival. When I got back from the festival, I managed to get to my room and it was in fine condition. I wasnt too comfortable with the bed as it was a little saggy in the middle. When I woke up the next morning, I noticed that the shower had yellow stains along the ceiling and the shower itself leaked. Despite these small issues, the room was more than functional. I chose to have a breakfast on the Sunday morning, but the restaurant was busy when I went so I opted to go back to the festival and get some food there. I did manage to get some breakfast on the Monday morning when I checked out - the food was delicious, especially the bacon, and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

Location: right next to Bond Street underground; bang on Bond Street; Oxford Circus underground is about 6mins walk.
Rooms: premium room was fairly spacious. Though I was travelling alone, it was good enough for 2 people. There did seem to an issue with the air conditioning. Despite it being set at a low temp. for cooling, the room was constantly hot (like a sauna).
Bathroom: same as above
Breakfast: typical English breakfast. Special mention to Yilditz. She was very helpful & courteous.
Check-In/Check-Out: no issues here.
Overall - if you have some shoppping to do, this is the best place to stay. Not to far from the business areas (take the Jubilee line).
