Great bargain! Reduced price, so gave it a go....most impressed with clean, spacious room, great shower. On-site restaurant served a brilliant evening meal, as well as buffet breakfast. Great stay, well recommended.

Easy to find, loads parking and food outlets as you'd expect at a service station. Actually very quiet in hotel considering how busy area was. Only thing would make it better would be net curtain at window as on ground floor..all other rooms had one just not ours. We didnt mention it, I'm sure it would have been sorted but were out all day so not a problem. Very pleasant stay over all... very reasonable cost and convenient for Cambridge.

The property is on the service station area. Easy to locate, upon arrival, easy check in . Got to the room very spacious. Could do with a deep clean, otherwise a good stay for the night we had

I called up the hotel before making a booking wether they have air conditioning or not and was told yes and once i arrived and checked in the room was like a sauna, complained to reception but said they can’t do anything about it other than give a small fan lol which didn’t help at all, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel during warm summer months.

We were given a disabled room which we didn’t need. The bathroom needed refurbishment, as did the bedroom. Everything was tired. The bed was lumpy and not conducive to sleep. We were only given one towel for two people. We had a meal in the restaurant which was ok. Staff were helpful. Handy for the motorway. Won’t be staying again.

The hotel is perfect for it’s purpose: a quick sleep in between travels. The room was old and smelled like smoke. The shower was moldy. However, one of the best beds we had in our entire trip. Compared to more lixurious hotels was this bed the biggest and the most comfartable.

On the whole very convenient. The gym had no weights in despite weights being in the pictures online. Staff were good, and helpful. The cleaning staff did not get around to cleaning our room until we had been out for the day and were back to rest, as I guess the empty rooms were more of a priority for new guests. When I said it was too late they made an effort to do it earlier

asked for a quiet top floor room away from noise and room was overlooking bin area with constant noise and humming, however hotel staff very friendly and accommodating moved me to a quieter room when I asked.

The room was falling apart, leaking sink, tiles lifting in the bathroom, constant drip on the shower which was annoyingly loud, breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful.

One night stay on our way over to Suffolk, booked a family room for four of us. Arrived at 830pm and got checked in promptly. The room was comfortable, albeit tightly packed with three beds lined up. There was plenty of room at the end of the beds though. Bathrooms need a little TLC, the sink had a leaking waste pipe. Overnight, there was a power failure that affected the lights, maintenance needed to come out and reset the fuses (which were in a panel outside of the room). Rooms could do with enough cups for all occupants (got extras from reception), also needed to ask for extra pillows too.
However, for a £49 overnighter, can't complain too much.
Rooms are quite quiet, considering the hotel is on a busy service station.

There was no key for the room. I had to leave the door ‘on the latch’ or get locked out. If I left the room I had to take everything with me as it was unlocked.

For a stopover hotel convenient to the A14 this was perfect. Very helpful staff easy check in and check out. Good range of food options at Ramada and at next doors food outlets. Excellent value.

Property is a bit old, and not very fancy. Shower small.
But it met our needs and functional. Overall good for the price.
Just to aware, there is a huge parking lot with lots of cars and trucks. So not very quite.
Lots of dining options close by. Free parking onsite. Comfortable beds.
15 min drive to Cambridge center.
