Very helpful and professional service given

The spacious twin bed room left a good impression. Clean appearance overall. Fridge in the room was a bonus. Comfortable home from home. Bathroom and room facilities very welcoming. Price offer was an absolute value driven aspect of choice. . Upgraded to larger room was an epitome of excellent customer services. Just found after the corner from Goldhawk Road Tube London and retail established brand food shops are right on the nearby route. You could not have a better situation accessing different types of meals to cook from local food traders. Lovely stay.

The room 24 was very small and very hot and hard to move in the bathroom due to this. The bed was so uncomfortable we left after two days even tho we booked for 6 . There was only one mug and towel for two people. We ask for a refund but the man in the office acted as he had no authority . Shame as it was situated in a good spot in Shepherds Bush.

It was a little confusing that you don’t actually stay where advertised but for the money I thought the property was reasonable. Staff where friendly and hotel was close to where we needed to be .

Fridge!

Great value for someone travelling alone. A bed, shower, wifi and tv were all I needed and I got it at a great price. It's not fancy, and the walls are thin but it's exactly what you'd expect for the price.

You get what you pay for. The property was OK and convenient for the location. Parking was handy (and free after 6) on street but got to be lucky to get a space. The room was very basic, the radiator leaked and it could have been cleaner. The lights were also hanging out the ceiling... BUT... if you want somewhere cheap and convenient to get your head down after a gig at the Apollo its perfectly adequate.

This is a clean, no frills hotel with great staff. Would stay again.

Reasonable for a one night stay for a local concert. Nice enough, but this is s no frills place at a decent price. Would use it again.

Always stay at this hotel everything is always good. Clean TV works only problem with room was the headboard was angled so I could not sit up on the bed properly.

Value for money . Just one night stay . The room is clean comfortable . We have shower and toilet plus tv .

When we arrived we got sent to another hotel (Pearl) we hadn’t booked and had no other choice than to stay there as they wouldn’t allow us to the hotel we had actually booked (sapphire).

Nice contactless hotel relatively new will definitely make it London home away from home

Overall good value for money. Bit noisy as the room was facing the main road and there is not much insulation. Cheap for London standards and the location was quite good, close to Shepherds Bush tube station.

If I could give less than one star, I would. There was bed bugs. The floor was dirty and stained. The sheets were stained. It smelt like faeces outside the room by the door. There was hair on all the sheets, pillows and in the shower. The parking is advertised as £8.50 for offsite parking during the stay, yet, on arrival, we are told to go a park in Westfield as that is the offsite parking. This is £20 and there was no offer of compensation for false advertising. I was offered another room but admitted that this situation and conditions of the room made me feel uncomfortable and could not accept. I asked to speak to the manager and was told no. I asked for the gentleman to speak to the manager on my behalf to organise a refund and was told no. Apparently the manager would not be available for “a few days” and there was no one to authorise a refund or discuss the situation with. After all this, there was NO APOLOGY for the disgusting state of the room or the poor attitude towards me. I do not recommend this property and it should be shut down.
