The bill is a fine representation of Service incline said it’s best. The rooms are well-maintained and more quiet. The staff was responsive to request and very professional. The bar and restaurant area was nice and relaxed, and that allowed us to have a nice end to a long day. No tell itself is near a tube line, which makes it easy to get around to most of the main attractions in the London area.

Great hotel with a tube station across the street and lots of restaurants nearby. The concierge desk was kind enough to let us use their wheelchair all week for my dad which made things so much easier. Thank you for a great stay!

Location is great, tubestation is 1 min away, and it is a nice area. The lobby is very nice but rooms are worn down, and there was a unpleasent smell in the corridors. Also when we checked in there were two other couples that were arguing with the staff regarding getting the wrong rooms and being charged for things they were not aware of, and the staff was a to be honest rude and not service minded.
All in all I hade high expectations, and there is much room for improvment.

Simply the best. I stay here a few time a year and the staff are always great. This hotel cannot be beat as far as convenience. Food options at the hotel and on the street, transportation is across the street and museums around the corner. ❣️

I´ve stayed several times and feel good about Bailey Hotel.
I do think the service and staff at the reception could be better. A bit introvert. Details at the room could be better for this expensive hotel. 1 coffee is not much to share and fridge is empti and not very cold.

Excellent service, the staff was very helpful. Nice lobby and lounge. Tube right across the street, so getting anywhere in London was very easy. I liked the breakfast too.

I was using 2 different rooms.
First one was nice.
But 2nd room was so bad.
My room might be near the metro station. The noise from train couldn't get me sleep.
If you stay there, you have to ask the receptionist where your room is.

Perfect location, just across Gloucester tube station. Many restaurant options in the area, as well as supermarkets, drugstores and boutiques. Quiete at night in a pretty neighborhood. The Victoria and Albert and Natural Sciences are in a short walking distance.

We stayed for one night at the Baileys in Knightsbridge. It was a special treat as we were coming out to see Gregory Porter at the Royal Albert Hall for my husband’s birthday. We found the hotel staff exceptionally friendly.l and nothing was too much trouble for them. They decorated the bed beautifully for us as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. There was also a little gift. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. We had a double on the fifth floor and it was more than comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location for all the sites too. Thank you for a lovely stay Mandy and Tim Green ☺️

After not accepting an expensive offer to upgrade to a suite we were assigned a room that was below the level we had reserved. We were moved to an acceptable room after we complained. The nightly delivery truck noise from the street at 4am made a full night’s sleep impossible. The kettle was broken and the TV controller had dead batteries. Insufficient closet and shelf space available to allow unloading of cases.
