Perfect location near Oxford Street and Hyde Park! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities. Great breakfast selection and efficient service. The hotel's proximity to Marble Arch tube station made exploring London effortless. Outstanding value for money in such a prime location. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely book again!

Great location, quiet, clean and lovely spacious room. Close to train station, so no long distances carrying heavy bags which is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely but very busy. We had some issues with children running in the corridors and being very noisy late in the evening and people being very loud late in the evening. The location was perfect for Hyde Park.

No aircon in room. Manager said would sort but didn’t! Terrible service. Had to move rooms 2nd day as no other rooms available of similar level. Then had to keep going to reception as keycard didn’t work and didn’t allow access to lounge as they didn’t add it on as were given 2nd room on a lower floor. They refunding 1st night in full but not had confirmation from hotels.com yet but eventually managed to get an email from the hotel. Was 33 degrees in the first room and only supplied fans at 11pm at night after numerous calls to reception.

Good price for good sized room (executive room with king bed & sofa bed). Early check-in for a fee. Great location near to Hyde Park, shops on Oxford Street (including Selfridges) and public transportation (buses & Marble Arch Underground station). Insect noted in our room. Reception apologized for this & stated pest control would treat the room after our check-out. Very friendly staff from check-in to check-out (baggage service, front desk & housekeeping).

Room wasnt available when we tried to check in at 1pm, asked where we could get a drink the reception staff told us the bar, the bar was closed when we went there and had to get a drink from the hotel shop which charged £4 for a can of coke and £6 for a bag of malteasers!! Air con rattled all night and made loud noises which kept us awake numerous times

Centrally located to Oxford St and Marble Arch. Tube is a couple blocks away. Hotel was clean and staff pleasant. Elevators were an issue with four for a huge property. Breakfast was sub par but lounge was good.

this was the perfect hotel for my time in london. very close to marble arch station, close to a major shopping street. all of the staff i spoke with were lovely and kind. my room was better then i thought it was going to be and had great AC as it was hot the days i stayed. will definitely come back and stay the next time im in london.
