The location was excellent and the staff extremely helpful- and to top it all the cooked breakfast was really good

Lovely place, clean and fresh room with heated blanket for those colder evenings, fresh and clean bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities in room well topped up and tv, free parking which is nice and private (although very tight if you have a large vehicle) and loads of choice at breakfast. Little gem of a place, and really good price, I only stayed one night but will definitely book again.

I’ve stayed here several time when going to a board game event nearby. I think it’s the best place to stay in Eastbourne. The staff are super nice and the rooms have a lovely cosy feel to them. The main areas of the hotel are decorated beautifully and the breakfast is tasty with lots of options.

Great staff and amenities..very welcoming..we enjoyed our stay..it was a quirky which we liked and it worked well having a lounge where we could have a cuppa and meet with friends and family..

Excellent stay at the Sheldon B&B. Nice comfy bed, good room amenities, blisteringly fast WiFi superb choice for breakfast. Nice and quiet area, parking to rear of place (headroom permitting). Well run place with friendly staff and owners, nothing bad to say, and very reasonably priced. When working down Eastbourne again, will defiantly book again.

So pleased we choose to stay here. A real advantage having parking and it was so central to walk anywhere. Staff were extremely friendly and there was a lovely lounge to chill in if you wanted. We stayed in Room 10 that had a great comfortable king size bed but quite a small on suite which might be a problem for anyone quite large. The hotel is on a side street away from the traffic noise along the sea front. Breakfast was amazing, great idea of making your own cafeteria of coffee and cooked menu to order.

Everything is wonderful about this B&B! Close to the seafront and town, super, friendly staff, lovely relaxed atmosphere, amazing breakfast, free parking, lift to upper floors, beautiful art everywhere, spacious, comfy room. What more could we want?

Very comfortable night at the Sheldon B&B. Single room on 2nd floor with en-suite shower. Tea and coffee available in the room. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Easy walk to promenade.

My second stay here. Good location, very good value, friendly welcome by the owner and great breakfast.

We were in Eastbourne for the tennis. Very close and easy walk and free parking. Staff were great and the breakfast was 5 Star. We will book again when the tennis is not on. Many thanks

Great location, excellent staff & free parking a good asset. Room small but excellent breakfast & very central location. Owners can’t do enough for you! But work needed on bathroom that was a bit tired.

Excellent B&b close to the seafront with the huge advantage of free parking. Friendly staff, large comfortable room with quality furnisihings. we would definitely stay here again. Oh and a friendly welcome from CK the dog too!

If I could rate it higher stars I would!! This is a fantastic place. The owner Steve was great - very helpful and accommodating. There were many breakfast options and the food was good. The decor in the building is very artsy and gorgeous. I got a good vibe from the place as soon as I walked in - very welcoming. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Eastbourne boardwalk and 5-10 minute walk into town. Good location. I would stay here again when in Eastbourne.

Whats not to like, fantastic place to stay. Breakfast options very good, parking excellent, hosts and staff first class. We have found a little gem here for our visits to Eastbourne. see you again Steve, and Renee, from Peggy's Cove.!!!!!

Excellent host and Excellent accommodation, second year using this place whilst at conference . Will book again for next year.
