The Tudor House is an excellent hotel, as are the others from the Coaching Inn group that I've used. Free parking, high quality standard of furnishings, decor etc and the friendliness of the staff is splendid. We would be happy to stay again. Many thanks.

Inconsiderate guests at 0530 (not hotel’s fault) being very noisy. At 0700 heating came on and sounded like pouring water into a tin bath, still like it at 0830. Shower was hopeless, only had a decent spray when very cold, when warm you just got a trickle.

Fun to stay at a 17th century coaching inn. The I’m has a lot more f character, friendly and helpful staff and good food. Parking is limited but we were able to get a space. The room wasn’t ready by check in time but we had arrived earlier than planned. I would stay here again. There are many places to eat on the High Street.

Lovely refurbed room which was mercifully not too warm - the bane of so many hotel rooms. Water provided in the rooms, a nice touch.
Food was excellent at lunch and breakfast. James and Nikki were extremely friendly and accommodating, and we genuinely felt looked after.
The only slightly strange event was returning at 10.45 after a concert to find the hotel locked up, but a bang on the window sorted it.

A lovely hotel, full of character in the heart of Tewkesbury. The room was very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I was impressed at how bottled water and tea bags etc were topped up everyday (not something that happens in every hotel in my experience). The staff were very friendly, helpful
and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant had a good selection of dishes for dinner. The hotel is close to the bus stop for Cheltenham and Gloucester.

The hotel staff were attentive and made us feel very welcome from the time we arrived to our departure. We would like to say a particularly big thank you to James who took care of us and our needs throughout our stay. Our room (202) was very clean,cosy,comfortable and atmospheric as were the various rooms downstairs where we enjoyed a delicious evening meal and breakfast . The staircase and old beams with paintings of the Tudor Monarchs were magnificent. A real step back in time. We would definitely love to pay a return visit.

Can't tick excellent because I've only just stayed in an excellent room upstairs.
Room 401 was outside which made it a lot easier with my bags too & from the van but was a little petite in comparison and just didnt have the beautiful Tudor decor that the room upstairs had.
Definitely recommend but want an upstairs room again next time 😉
