You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cleaning fee: GBP 120 per accommodation, per stay
A damage deposit of GBP 150 will be collected before check-in. Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 72 hours of booking the reservation.

If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance.
