A lovely B&B with very friendly hosts. The room was large with a comfy bed and recently refurbished. There is no parking so you have to find one on the street (we were lucky and got one outside). Breakfast was made to order and very nice. The B&B is a short walk from the front so ideally located. There was some noise from the room above but this did not go on too late.

The Waverley has everything you want for a short stay, rooms are clean and fresh, shower room is ensuite and modern and there is plenty of tea & coffee (and biscuits) in the room. Fantastic location, 3 mins walk to the seafront and the Minehead parkrun start. Hosts offered us an earlier breakfast before run and so close you can get back for a shower pre checkout. Sadly parkrun was cancelled whilst we we’re enjoying a freshly cooked breakfast. So we got to set off on the 1st part of the South West Coast Path earlier than planned. Regular busses from Lynmouth to Minehead make it a great location for 2 days of walking.
