en saanut nukuttua kun yläpuolella kolisteltiin kaiken yötä. toinen käynti yöllä respassa kolmen aikoihin hiljensi lopulta melun, mutta yö jäi lyhyeksi kun herätys oli kuudelta !!!!!!
Aamulla sain tietää että nuorisoporukka oli viettänyt siellä yötä.
muuten huone oli hyvä ja sänky myös kun vaan olisi saanut nukuttua kun oli ajomatkaa seur päivänä

Majoituimme erillisessä rakennuksessa, jossa on suurempia huoneistoja. Kolmen yön majoittumisen aikana huonetta ei siivottu kertaakaan eikä pyyhkeitä vaihdettu. Varsinaista tarvetta siivoukselle ei tosin ollutkaan. Huoneesta löytyi oma imuri, jolla eteisin kulkeutuneet roskat oli helppo imuroida itsekin. Kaikinpuolin ihan ok hotelli, mutta ei mitään luksusta. Hintaansa nähden olisi odottanut korkeampaa tasoa. Kylpylä oli ihan mukava ja siisti.

Meille oli tosi pettymys tämä yöpyminen.Olimme kolme yötä tyttäremme ja lapsen lapsen kanssa.Yöpymispaikka oli jo hienoinen yllätys,koska se sijaitsikin muualla kuin kylpylän huoneistossa.Ilmastointia ei saatu kunnolla toimimaan ja makuuhuoneessaan oli yöllä 27c lämpöä.Kolmeen yöhön ei pystynyt nukkumaan.wc paperia ei ollut ja jälkikäteen lähtiessä infossa kerrottiin että siivoojankin olisi pitänyt käydä,meillä ei käynyt.Siivottiin itse.Mieheni kanssa oltiin tässä kylpylä hotellissa vuosia sitten ja oli meistä mahtava paikka.Perun kaikki ylistämisen ystäville ja kavereille.Niin myös tyttäreni tulee tekemään.Kaikin puolin ikävä palaute teille valitettavasti.

Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia ja vain yksi pöytätuuletin kahden huoneen perhehuoneessa. Toisen sai onneksi pyytämällä respasta. Oli siis aika kuuma yöpyminen. Televisio huoneessa ei toiminut. Sängyt eivät olleet hyvät. Palvelu oli hyvää ja kaikkialla oli siistiä. Aamupala ihan ok hyvä. Kylpylä ja sen saunat oli kivat!

Superiorhuone oli tilava. Plussaa bideestä ja ilmastoinnista. Kylpylässä hyviä suola- ja katajasaunat. Hyvä sijainti lähellä kävelykatua. Autolle hyvä maksuton parkki.
Vähän sokkeloinen ja kylpylä viikonloppuna ruuhkainen. Lähtöaamuna ei mahdollisuutta kylpylään. Jääkaapin kylmyys riittämätön. Aamupalan laatu ja miljöö ei saa pisteitä. Kahvikuppien koko ei sovellu teekupiksi. Henkilökunta suhtautuu asiakkaisiin aika välinpitämättömästi.

Siivous oli erittäin huono, villakoiria löytyi sängyn alta ja parvekkeelta kalja korkkeja ja muuta roskaa.
Aamupalalla ei ollut saatavilla laktoositonta yoghurttia ja croissantit loppui ensimmäisenä päivänä eikä niitä sen jälkeen saanut. Vihannekset vanhoja ja vetisiä. Kehno tarjoilu ylipäätään.
Kylpylän puolella ei mitään valvontaa. Oli vähällä että lapsi tippui mun päälle kun uin yhden sillan alta. Siinä missä oli merkitty että ei saa hypätä hypättiin kuitenkin, kukaan ei välittänyt. Kylpylässä oli kivoja saunoja ja erilaisia altaita.
Respan puolella ja ravintolassa oli erittäin hyvä palvelu. Ilmainen autoparkki hotellin sisäpihalla oli turvallinen ja hotellin sijainti tosi hyvä.

Standar huone oli todella ahdas ja ilmastointia kun ei ollut niin oli tosi kuuma. Sänky oli liian pehmeä ja natiseva. Muutama päivä meni kun oppi kulkemaan hotellissa aika sokkeloinen .

Ihan ok perushotelli. Kylpylä oli kiva lisä. Aamupala riittävä, mutta hieman rajallinen, kun vertaa muiden hotellien laajoihin valikoimiin. Tuli enemmän mieleen laitosaamiainen. Hotellissa osassa käytäviä tunkkainen haju ja kokolattiamattojen uusimista olisi syytä harkita osassa hotellin käytäviä. Huoneessa onneksi ei ollut kokolattiamattoa ja muutenkin huone oli ihan siisti. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen ja asiakaspalvelu ystävällistä.
