The staff was friendly and helpful. Eden, Mulu and Dawit were always willing to help any way they could. The room was clean with a large restroom and shower. The breakfast was good but it is very expensive to book online. It is good but not worth $30.

Room was spotless but the toilet repeatedly failed to flush properly despite several requests to housekeeping and reception. Apart from. They the location. Etc was excellent . An absence of fruit juice & hot drinks available at the 8 th floor restaurant needs to changed. No carton juices available at all.

Overall, one of the best in the area! A bit expensive though. Breakfast buffet with Indian dish included. The bar, the restaurant at the 10th flor, and the Indian restaurant by the Lobby all looks great. The receptionist are super, welcomes you with all smiles. The staff’s at the bar and everywhere for that matter are amazing.

We had a comfortable stay at Ramada. The service was good and the food in the restaurant Junoon was excellent. They provide airport pick up and drop off, which is convenient. Location is also good with many shops within walking distance and the airport was super close. The room is slightly dated but was comfortable.
