Richmond Hotel

Parking is hard but honestly in whole Chişinău . Hotel is great but I’m using this hotel every time and challenging is breakfast at 7:30 it’s too late !! When you are coming for business and need to travel further it’s too late. I like hotel and fully recommended beside these two things.

This hotel seems newly renovated to a high modern standard. My room had a TV, minibar and safe. It was quiet despite being in a central location. Breakfast was good with different hot options each day. I thought the price was very reasonable. I would happily stay here again.

The perfect stay in the heart of Chisinau. Spotless in every aspect, and next to the central park - the parks are arguably the best aspects of the city.

I have stayed at the hotel many times for business trips in Moldova. This time I had a great room, quiet and comfortable, and had no issues and the staff have been wonderful.

This is an excellent hotel. Very attentive staff, clean, beautiful. Perfect downtown location. Excellent breakfast buffet. Definitely the best hotel in quite a while.

I was completely satisfied

My room was noisy and light early in the mornings. I requested to move my room on the 2nd day, one person said yes and come back later to move. When I returned I was told it was not possible. I am really disappointed in the service at a hotel I have stayed at many times!

Sparking clean hotel!

The hotel is new and centrally located within walking distance to all tourist sites and tons of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. And bus30 (10 mins walk) goes to the airport with only 6 local currency. Room is super spacious and shower is good pressure and temperature. Breakfast has good selection of options. Try to stay upstairs though as the windows in the rooms on the ground floor is blurred coz they are facing the street so you are missing the view. Receptionists aren't extremely helpful, hope there will be more training for improvement. They agreed to give ma a late checkout though which was super nice of them. The safe box was big enough for laptop which was great. A 24/7 restaurant and supermarket next door, as well as a mall and a few parks.
