A very nice and practical apartment set up, close to town and fairly well kept. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Surrounding properties were a bit rundown but hotel itself was good. We also enjoyed the view, watching the different ships go in and out of the port.

Hotel needs to replace towels. Towels were very old. When booking it states property has washer and dry. Not true. There's no laundry facilities for guest.

It takes me a lot to provide negative review but I help but rate this as my worst stay. Deceiving online pictures. Very tired looking and filthy smelling room. Sitting at the balcony outside also had stinky smell. Linens and towels need to be replaced, they have had their days. Cant clean no more.
Staff are friendly and helpful however the manager was very rude.
Furniture and lamp shades are frayed and flaky, rusty microwave too!
I dont understand why we had to leave room key at help desk everytime we go out of the building?
Expedia am also disappointed with you for promoting such a thing.
Very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

The hotel is average. We got a room with a glass door. The whole night a strong light was beaming into the room, making sleeping uncomfortable.
The room was worth maybe 50% of the price we paid.

My room was large and had a mini fridge, mini kitchen with pans, pots, silverware, toaster, microwave, hot water kettle. The AC kept the room cool. The balcony had a cushioned couch and views of the harbor. Towels and coffee, creamer, sugar were replaced each day. The staff are friendly and helpful. The WiFi is slow. I hope they can boost their WiFi and increase the download and upload speeds.

A little run down , our glass door to room was broken and taped. We only used the hotel one night due to late dinner and didn’t want to drive on unknown roads. Staff very friendly and courteous. Room clean. We didn’t use the pool area but that and garden area looked nice and pool looked clean.

Lots of improvements on cleanliness ,wifi and communication.our beds were infested with bedbugs,linen and towels off white.wifi barely worked , couldn’t open anything.no communications about pool no working prior to our stay,stayed 7days with no access to pool as it was still under maintenance.great location at the city centre walking distance.no restaurant onsite ,they do sell a few snacks .staff were lovely.

the people were very helpful and kind. it was safe and walkable to everything in the downtown area. The free in-room internet is worthless, but if you get the 25FJD Digicel plan, you get 75GB of data for 7 days, which is good.
