Great check-in experience. Hotel is approx 1Hr drive from Nadi A/port and a little remote. Property is starting to look a little dated and does need a fresh update in rooms and some TLC is some common areas. Reception area has a great spot and view. But it is too inconvenient to get to. Staff are fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly (greatest resort Asset by far). Both Restaurants are great. Breakfast is also great at either, for choice. Would suggest Icecream store offerings are a little rich on price. Lunch menu or takeaway should also include healthy alternatives such as sandwiches, tortillas and wraps. Disappointing to see only fried, unhealthy, boring, standard lunch menus that are offered at 5Star Resort Hotels. In room TV offering is basic, limited and quite boring. Bring your Streaming Logins! The Kama Lounge/Bar is a great spot for a drink and nightly entertainment. Very family friendly Resort, facilities and setup. Adult assigned areas and use of facilities, is well organised. Overall, a very relaxing holiday and beach resort location and facilities.

The hotel is excellently run and the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
It’s really nice to have an adults only pool as there were quite a few children there.

The staff and the cleaninless was excellent at the property. One thing that can be improved is the night time activities . Maybe add a DJ in the lounge for few hrs for younger guests as everything gets quiet too early. The Dinnjng was great Chef Mukesh Chand , Ravnit Prasad and Ifraz are excellent and made meals very tasty and traditional . The flavoring on the food was amazing.

The overall stay was just about average but the price of the room doesn’t justify the overall experience. The staff and the service were the shining light but everything else was average (or sometimes even below average, for example room state).

The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, the beach is stunning, the food is excellent, and the location is truly unbeatable.
Cons:
Restaurant service can be quite slow, operating on “Fiji time.” The resort is very family-oriented, which may not be ideal for couples seeking a quieter, more romantic atmosphere. Additionally, cleanliness in the rooms and restaurant dishware could use more attention to detail.

I thoroughly enjoyed this location. Staff was so nice and so welcoming. Everyone treated me like they had already met me. Even the locals were very friendly. Recommendations would be for better entertainment during the days and better dining options at the restaurants. Otherwise this was a 10000000/10 stay. I cannot wait to visit again. Vinaka Vakalevu :)

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a beachfront plunge pool room- which was amazing and well worth paying for.
Service from beginning to end was good for island time.
The food was standard for hotel/ resort food- with a few hit and misses but all in all great variety at affordable prices.

Excellent service and accommodations. Loved the outdoor bathtub and very comfortable bed. Great dining, but charging $13 for a bottle of water at Navi restaurant is unacceptable, just bring your own water bottle…there are free water refill stations throughout the resort. Beautiful beach, but they need to do something about local vendors on the beach offering massage, horse back riding and other tours…I spend only a day at the resort and I kid you not I was approached at least 10 times! It became very annoying and uncomfortable to go to the beach.

We stayed at the resort early March 2025 for 14 nights with our 11 months old baby, and it was fabulous ! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a great selection (savoury breakfast, healthy and gluten free options, fresh veggie/fruit juices, fresh waffles and pancakes, ...). They could accommodate us for the baby's food at the buffet, it was highly appreciated ! Thank you Mili and Mita for the little chat every morning and the great service ! The restaurants for lunch and dinner are very good as well, we really loved the Toba Bar (a big thank you to Rosi and Vani, you were amazing!). The whole staff is incredibly sweet, they very often asked for our feedbacks and acted on it (this is the only resort I've stayed at that do that !). Thank you everyone at InterContinental for having made our stay so wonderful !
