Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort

The staff at checkout at the buffet restaurant need more training . The billing was incorrect sometimes and there was few times my seating was changed without notifying me.

Nice

Was a nice hotel but dining was very expensive. Room service was by far the cheapest option. Also had the best tasting food. Beach was not as nice as off island places I’ve stayed. But overall it was an enjoyable stay

The Good with the bad. The good was a week of nice fine weather, been there in September 2024 so knew the place. Pools great including an adults only area. New addition is a wine/whiskey/cocktails bar inside the lobby area. An interesting if somewhat strange menu of cocktails. The breakfast restaurant as usual noisy & lucky if juice machine not broken down, other wise a great range of food. Their classy restaurant meets the ok mark, when ordering wine by the glass kept bringing us bottles with only dregs in the bottom. Used the Spa at the Western (part of their group & charge back to your room). My wife’s massage was good, mine was a disaster, more of just a forearm rub with long periods of nothing happening, didn’t even have towels in the men’s shower area. The restaurant Waters Edge is always nice to have a cocktail watch the sunset then have dinner. Service around the pool area is very random, up to 30 minute wait for a beer. Ordered lunch one day, after several inquiries up to an hour later, gave up & went & got it ourselves. Sure it’s called “Fiji Time” but the management of the Sheraton needs to impress upon staff there needs to be a certain level of getting things expedited. The big annoyance was our Double booked room on night 1, this is apparently a no no, even Tourism Fiji doesn’t want it to happen. Then there was a complete muck up changing rooms. We left Hotel Engineering trying to open the door to our new room after 2 hours & went to dinner.

Very clean, amazing food, awesome staff.

This Property has everything. No need to leave the premise. Excellent and Friendly Staff, great rooms and the food so yummy. Definitely going back in the future. Kids activities, adult activities. The bars always stocked and fully loaded with great drinking options for all.

Lovely accommodation. Not pleased property charged first night of stay after a cancelled airline flight delayed our arrival by one day.

The staff at the Sheraton were so beautiful and went above and beyond at every opportunity. The hotel itself is 10/10, extremely clean, modern and well maintained.

Staff at this facility very friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. We had buffet breakfast which had a good variety of foods to choose from Enjoyed the adults only area for swimming and dining. You can also access the amenities at the adjoining properties. Overall a very good holiday

Best place to stay

We loved this resort as they had of plenty of activities for our 3 grandchildren. They had plenty of pools to choose from including an adults only. Staff were wonderful and very friendly.

My husband and I had the best time ever! We were welcomed and greeted with champagne. Our room was ready on time and our luggage delivered to our room. We were driven to the front door. Our room was luxurious. The bathroom was huge and super clean. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the hospitality and memories. We will certainly be back.

Very nice stay, breakfast is absolutely stunning so many options to please all taste buds and dietary requirements. Rooms nice and spacious with a balcony view of the ocean (even in our garden view room) Multiple pools and swim up bar options nice cocktails and good food all round. Is definitely resort prices for food at all restaurants.

Friendly helpful staff

Staff are friendly and very helpful. We loved the lush gardens specially the banana trees with banana fruit hanging.
