We stayed only 2 nights and initially our access code did not work and a 2nd code needed to be sent delaying our check in by a full hour. That 2nd code worked only for the next day and on the morning of our check out the second code failed to work in the morning and my wife was locked out of the building, even though it was only 9 am a full 2 hours before our check out time of 11am. There is not excuse for such a system that repeatedly fails for a renter.

Nice clean place, centrally located, fully equipped with everything one's need. Loved it and would stay in it for my next visit to Turku. The check out was early at 11.00am, it would be nice if the check out was late around 12pm or 1pm.

I booked a room for a July music festival weekend already in February. Ebookers confirmed 100% and no other comms. When arrived at the site, after one hour with back and forth calls to different people, it turned out that hotel had cancelled the reservation without notifying me, absolutely no alternative was given, let alone apology. Even blamed me for not ”contacting them and confirming the reservation(?). Absolutely disgrace of a process and customer treatment. Avoid if you want to secure a hotel room for your stay.

Stockmanと隣接する商業施設の建物内にあり、入り口がわかりにくかったですが無人でスタッフがいないので施設のインフォメーションに聞いてなんとか辿り着けました。 家電やキッチン用品のファシリティが申し分なく、近くのマーケットなどで購入して自炊もできるので長期滞在にも良さそうでした。 Turkuに行くことがあれば利用したいと思いました。

Huone oli kivan näköinen, siisteydessä olisi hieman parannettavaa. Näin pimeään vuodenaikaan valaistus olisi saanut olla hieman parempi.

Det stod i beskrivningen att rummen skulle vara ljudisolerade. En besvikelse, då mycket ljud från trafiken utifrån gatan hördes in, fönstren var gamla och murkna inuti. Gick inte att öppna pga dess dåliga skick. Högt ljud från air conditionern trots att den gick på lägsta. Varierar med olika typer från rum till rum har jag fått höra, vissa tysta och andra inte. Positivt med boendet är läget och check in via kod.

With probably the best location for a visit in Turku, right next to the market square, inside the Hansa bulding, Forenom Apartment hotels provides all the budget traveler needs. The room itself was imho perfect considering the price. Nothing was brooken or looked worn out, unlike the condition of another rivaling hotel chain with the same business strategy. The beds were nice enough, access to basic kitchen stuff, and private laundry machine in the bathroom. The bathroom was very good too. Been to many shabby hotels with terrible showers/bathrooms, and this was not one of them. Very good. And with heated floors. The negative aspects of this review cones from what is outside the room; the entrance staircase and the elevator inside it looks to be pre-WW2. Especially the elevator; it is scary. And then there is the corridor where the rooms are located; dimm lighting and doesnt look very inviting and I was very discouraged when I entered and wondered what the heck I have signed up for. But as mentioned, the room itself was good. Remember, keep your expectations accordingly! Possibility to order breakfast for extra fee. I didnt go, so cant judge the quality of it. My biggest gripe is that check in is at 4 p.m., which imho is way too late. Still, for the price, quality of the room and the excellent location I highly recommend this hotel for the budget concious traveler.

Erinomainen hinta/laatu, keskellä Turkua. Puitteet hyvät. Ainoa moite lämmön säädöstä, huoneessa olleiden ohjeiden perusteella ei 24 asteen lämpötilaa saanut alennettua.

Hyvä sänky ja iso kylpyhuone

Muuten erinomainen huone loistavassa sijainnissa, mutta valaistus on hieman harmillinen. Vaihtoehtona on joko liesilamppu, yölamppu tai samasta katkaisimesta todella kirkkaat kattolamppu ja eteislamppu. Huoneen kattolamppu on sellaista mallia, jossa roikkuu kolme kuvutonta lamppua/polttimoa. Tälläinen superkirkas kuvuton valaisin näkökentän rajoilla on omiaan aiheuttamaan migreenin, joten käytin sitten yölamppua ja liesituulettimen lamppua. Plafondi tms. olisi mukavampi. Vähän turhan hämärää näin, mutta parempi kuitenkin. Myöskään illalla huoneessa vieraillut ystäväni ei tätä huoneen kirkasvalaistusta halunnut.

Sijainti hyvä. Astioita olisi voinut olla enempi,viinilaseja oli vain yksi. Lautasessa iso särö ja kahvinkeittimen levyä ei oltu pyyhditty pitkään aikaan. Aterimiakin olisi oinut olla useammat Muuten hyvä paikka.

The place is very convenient for shopping. The room is quiet and clean. One of the two laundry machine was out of order (can't lock the door).

Kaikki sujui muuten hyvin, oli siistiä ja kodikasta. Mutta parisänkyä oltaisiin toivottu. Ehkä jossain huonevaihtoehdossa onkin, mutta ei ainakaan silloin ollut vapaana, kun varattiin.

Hotellin sijainti ihan ydinkeskustassa oli pelkkää plussaa. Ikkunasta tosin oli näkymä kauppakeskukseen, mutta en antanut sen häiritä. Hotelli oli hiljainen ja rauhallinen, mutta ei ihan täysin äänieristetty mitä lupailivat. Huone oli siisti ja puhdas. Siinä oli myös pieni keittotaso, jossa mm. hella, kahvinkeitin, paljon astioita, isohko jääkaappi.

Ihan kuin olisi kotona, kaikki tarvittava löytyy, oikein viihtyisä siisti ja erittäin hyvällä paikalla. Tulen toistekin.

Все было хорошо. В номере чисто, уютно, по-современному. Есть все необходимое - посуда, микроволновка, плита, холодильник, полотенца и чистое белье. Можно жить много дней. Доступ по коду простой. Кровать мягкая, удобная, хорошо спалось. Единственный минус - в 6:40 утра начались строительные работы в здании, сверление, стало очень шумно. Было бы хорошо, если бы о таком предупреждали заранее. В планах было поспать подольше, но не удалось.

Yllättävän hyvä huone. Pieni puute wc:ssä oli bideen puuttuminen. Lisäksi eteiseen olisimme kaivanneet kunnon naulakkoa. Muuten kaikki ok, rauhallinen paikka nukkua, vaikka ihan keskustassa.

Iso huone ja siisti, helppo sisäänkirjautuminen/lähtö, modernit huonekalut, hyvä sänky ja parhaat tyynyt millä olen nukkunut hotellissa. Ehdottomasti tulen uudelleen.
