The staff at this property is super friendly and helpful, all of them. The problem with me was the cleanness of the place in general, specially the bathroom room. It was full of mould/dark spots all over the place, it really looked unpleasant.
Also, this property has a rule that they only clean your room every three days. I am ok with that, if they let you know clearly during checking, and also, if the bathroom was clean. I guess the cleaning every three days is not strong enough to clean all those dark spots in the shower.
Also, the carpets around the room floors were always very dirty as well.

Warm friendly and helpful reception staff, fabulous breakfasts with friendly staff and eggs cooked how you wanted. Convenient for access to everywhere, just hop on a tram. Walking distance to many restaurants and eateries. Really enjoyed our 2nd visit and will be back next year as have relatives in Helsinki.

The staff are very hardworking and friendly. There is an excellent breakfast buffet with a huge choice plus lots of free sweets, biscuits and fruit in reception. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Several good restaurants in the area.

This building was located in a great part of the city and was centrally located. We did not have to get a taxi or use public transportation at all. The staff was exceptional. I felt at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was good, with shops, cafe's and restaurants situated along the Boulevard just yards from the hotel. It was only a ten minute walk into the city centre. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent and comprehensive. Recommended.

Positives: All but one staff person were very friendly. Sauna was great. Gym and TV were good. Coffee available anytime, including when I left for airport at 4:30am. Afternoon snacks available for free.
Less than great: I would prefer a location in the heart of Helsinki tourist attractions; room was small; no AC, mold in tub.
