This is more like a restaurant with rooms. The rooms are nice, but no WiFi on third floor and smell of food in rooms. Towels smelt like they had been left in washing machine for 3 days. This is NOT a four start hotel. Staff are too busy dealing with restaurant to care. Fine at 100 euros but stupid at 200

One night in Alchimy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Meal at Hotel Restaurant was excellent. Room spacious and very nice decor. 2 gripes. Terrible WiFI and not enough parking for guests ( We had to park on the street, and may be challenging to find a park nearby)

We loved our stay so much we booked another night for the trip back. Albi is a beautiful village and the hotel is situated perfectly. On a more quiet street but very walkable to the cathedral, musée de Toulous-Laurtrec, the new walking bridge (very scenic), restaurants and more. The hotel has beautiful spacious rooms that are well equipped. The restaurant (be sure to reserve it books up) was phenomenal. If you require parking be sure to reserve or be okay parking yourself and walking. We would definitely stay here again.

If you want to experience a unique hotel in a beautiful town then look no further than the Alchimy. The welcome, the rooms, the service and the evening food is of the highest quality and we will go back there again. The only negative comment we have is about the breakfast as following the excellence of the evening meal we expected, at the least, a large selection at a buffet breakfast but instead we just had a basket of bread and croissants, an orange juice and a coffee so for €12.50 disappointing :-(

Small hotel with great facilities. Parking was great in their own garage just steps away. Nice contemporary room. Large bathroom. Good location in lovely town. Shame we couldn’t stay longer or try the restaurant. All very attractive looking surroundings. One to revisit. We went to see the Toulouse Lautrec museum and loved the display and the building.

Boutique hotel with large and very comfortable rooms. Bathrooms in particular were great. Service is basic as the place is probably more of a restaurant than hotel. You will need to make reservations if you want to eat at the restaurant.

This was by far our favorite hotel during our travels through the French countryside. Our room was beautifully decorated, colorful and clean. Check-in was quick and convenient. We opted to eat dinner at the hotel and were treated to some amazing dishes. The best part of our experience here was the management - the owner was present and engaged all of the guests. You can tell it's a well-loved local establishment.

It was a good stay with professional services. Great location and facilities. The only negative is how they are very strict on moving the car out of garage by 2 pm even though the check in time for the next guests are 3 pm.
