Staff were gracious, generous, informative and helpful. Loved the kitchenette and local market. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Very comfortable apartment for working remotely. Fans compensated for the lack of AC.

Excellent boutique hotel right in the city center. You are steps away from the Town Square, tons of restaurants, shopping. It's all within a few blocks walk. The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing rooms are a bit small, but they are well appointed so you don't feel very cramped. I stayed for 7 days. I enjoyed the Continental breakfast that they offered and enjoyed their Hammam/sauna almost every night. I would definitely go back. The reception staff were outstanding!! A special. thank you to Patrick for all of his assistance. There was also a young lady in the evening but didn't get her name. I traveled with my cat and he especially enjoyed the large window!

My family had a superb stay. The staff was VERY kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was extremely clean. Great location in walking distance to Starbucks and the train station.

In overal, we were very happy with our choice. Hotel has great location and it's perfect for people who like to explore the France and need to room to have good rest. Room was spacious, for those with the car, the hotel has underground private parking (for €13 per day).
The only issues we had was the bed was joined from two single mattres ant it was splitting over the night. However, the mattress was comfortable.

It’s a nice place and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast selections were very good and parking was convenient.
My only criticisms are that the bathroom sink had a hair clog that made it drain slowly, and there are no shelves or drawers to keep clothes organized. I also would have like to know that there is a fan in the bow without a handle before I purchased one.
The hotel is on the edge of the old city, which is a very scenic area to walk or drive through.

An excellent hotel / apartment. Room was large, clean, comfortable and excellent facilities. Close to the old town too. One downside was the massive amount of roadworks nearby, but I’m sure they’ll be complete soon..

Fabulous city stay. So near everything! The old town was magnificent. The apartment itself was a delight. Had everything you needed even a little mini dishwasher. Lovely comfortable beds and pillows and it was so very quiet. Highly recommended

The hotel itself is convenient, with a car park and excellent location to walk around Le Mans town centre.
The room was clean and the bathroom and shower were good. The bed is huge, but wasn't very comfortable, the sheets were getting undone at the edges. On top of that, our room gave on a bus stop from the first floor which was loud from 6am as buses stoped right under our room.
Probably a bit unlucky that we had that room from our side, the buses don't run between 11:30pm and 6am but that's still enough to be annoying.

The staff were very friendly. The room was so comfortable and incredibly quiet. We had messaged ahead and a parking space had been reserved for us. We had also mentioned we were bringing our dog and she was very welcome. Both of these reservations incurred a fee but that was expected. We paid for these when we arrived, together with the tax.
Breakfast was really lovely with a variety of delicious things to eat. The reception area also smelt really nice! Both hubby and me commented on it.
We went for a short walk in the evening and in the morning. The area felt safe. There were plenty of places to eat and drink if needed.
We would definitely come back if we were to stay in Le Mans again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was well run and very close to all the shops and restaurants. We had a friendly welcome and the room was really nice. Bed was comfortable and the shower powerful. We would definitely stay here again.
