Nice and cosy hotel in great location. The only downside is parking that has to be outside city centre but that's only 7mins walk to the hotel.

Terrific stay! Excellent buffet breakfast, super helpful & friendly staff, great room (small but well-appointed), easy walking distance to shopping & restaurants. A bit noisy (as it’s close to popular restaurants) so try to stay on an upper floor. Would stay here again. Merci beaucoup!

My fault! I had previously stayed in "Boutique" hotels before, so I should never have booked this one. Boutique seems to mean, pretty but don't expect comfort. The staff were delightful and service excellent. Shower was great too. I think that this hotel is perfect if you are young and fit, and only staying for 1 or 2 nights. I decided to pay more and was granted an executive room. The small, dark room which had a single window overlooking a massive brick wall, did not impress. If you are older and like more comfort, you won't find it here. Also, the management have no idea what accessibility means. Just having a tiny lift is not enough. I needed an accessible bathroom, and a decent chair to sit on. Height adjustable would have been good. I booked the hotel stating that I needed accessibility but this information did not seem to reach the hotel management. They told me they found out when they were copied into a survey I was asked to complete soon after arrival. One question asked " Did you get an upgrade on your room". I said that I didn't and the next question asked "Why not". I was dumbfounded and could only surmise that I wasn't getting what I should have done. I initially thought that the hotel was not responsible for not being informed of my needs, but there was a decision not to step up. Twice, from 2 members of staff I was told that they had seen my initial survey. If they did not want to upgrade me why not move me into an accessible room? They did have one!

It was okay. The first night of my stay I came back around 8:30 PM, the door was locked and I had to wait over 5 minutes after ringing the bell several times. I saw it was a little too early to lock a hotel door, and I mentioned to the employee. The 2nd night, I came back even earlier, 6:45 PM, again the door did not open. When I rang the bell, I saw two employees speaking to a couple who were having dinner, but neither of them came to open the door even though they saw me standing there, and it was not until my 2nd ring that finally one of them came. After both incidents, I cancelled my evening plans because I was afraid none would open the door for me.

Comfortable and good size room. Friendly staff. Noise seemed to carry a lot, both from surrounding rooms and the corridor, but it was quiet outside the hotel.

The hotel is ideally situated. The rooms are small especially if there are two people sharing as it is hard for one person getting out of the bed.

The room was nice, clean and good size. We would like to have a door or curtain or something like that in the shower area: as it was open, water split around it. Reception and common areas are almost non existent. It is a pity as we do not have a chance to enjoy the hotel further.

Staff was lovely and very helpful. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I wasn't too crazy about the glass partition between shower /toilets and main bedroom, And found the room a little small for the price. But all in all, a pleasant experience in a magical neighborhood.

Boutique hotel with amazing staff, close to Saint Sernin and Le Capitole, as well as many other attractions, shopping, dining, and transportation. Very quiet with the windows closed, with windows open the bells of Saint Sernin and the sounds of the lively street are quite enjoyable. For the suite we had, the bath/shower area was open to rest of the suite, so consider this based on who you are travelling with. Lovely courtyard for dinner or drinks and the food was great. Highly recommend.
