I went here with my parents. We had a lovely stay where the concierge Montse was very well accommodating to us.

Anthony's customer service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Only comment--since the hotel just opened the day before our arrival, they could have been more prepared for the arrival of guests. I wasn't able to use the spa due to the jacuzzi needing service. Also, the coffee machine didn't work and toaster oven had some issues. All these could have been checked before opening up the hotel. However, even with these minor incidents, overall stay was great!

Nice place and very convenient to Lourdes. About 3 minutes walk . The restaurant dinner was great and Pierre and Ding were very welcoming .

It was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. However there was an incident at the restaurant with our server who was very rude and feel require more training. This incident was investigated by the Manager Piere. He was very good and listened to our complaint and apologised. I will go again to this hotel as it is a lovely and comfortable place to visit Lourdes.

Lourdes is very pretty and everyone was very nice. Hotel was comfortable and I had a lovely patio area off my room with two love seats and a table. Beds comfortable. Staff incredibly helpful

A well-situated property near the Sanctuary, making it a convenient place to stay with many shops nearby. During our visit in the low season, we found many restaurants and shops closed. The hotel has an impressive exterior, and while the interior is clean, it shows signs of wear. The restaurant was open only for breakfast and dinner.

This Hotel is a great place to stay. This was the first time for us. Our room was nice, especially the bathroom, bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I want to call out the OUTSTANDING WORK OF ANABELLA (Manager during breakfast). She made us feel AT HOME and very well taken care off. Anabella, thanks for making a difference !! Thanks to the hotel staff as well. Until NEXT VISIT.

Just okay. The hotel is a bit odd and definitely run-down. It could use some updates, and the walls/floors are very very thin. I could hear someone stamping around upstairs at midnight and beyond, which kept me awake.

Henry from the front desk gave us an exceptional service. He patiently made sure that we got the room that suited us during or stay. The hotel is clean and the staff are courteous. The distance was a perfect walk to the sanctuary. I will recommend this hotel and will use it again.
