In general a really good option for an overnight stay, the bed was quite hard and I prefer softer but otherwise really good value for money

Really economic hotel, although I asked ahead for a room with two separate beds but the employee was not really willing to help although I proposed some solutions, anyway it is a good hotel but really if you are looking for a low budget one

Quite hotel so i slept well

The first room smelt badly of smoke despite the no smoking policy, however, the receptionist changed our room quickly. She was also very helpful in fetching us hot water for coffee. The second room had a cigarette burn on the duvet cover and several burns on the floor. There were 4 fire alarms before 2am, there did not appear to be any staff as the receptionist had left for the night, we were not given any information and had to ask strangers what was happening. The fire brigade and police attended but there was still little information unless we asked and then were told its safe to return. We returned to our rooms and evacuated four times, after we settled down to sleep at midnight, the police knocked the door and asked how many people were occupying the room, they went away and we settled again. Around 2am we were woken by a knock again and told we had to leave the hotel for our own safety and that we would be accommodated at other hotel free. We left our room and were given new hotel information by a member of staff that we hadn't seen before, still no reason for our evacuation. We would not stay here again.

Very old worn out hotel

This property is bang on for the price, close to public transport. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Basic accommodation, small beds, need to cut your nails to be able to fit in shower cubicle.

Terrible smell of drains. We stayed at this hotel in 2022 and it smelt of drains. In 2023 it still smelt of drains. The staff had all the doors open and it smelt really bad everywhere. Fire safety is BAD. ONE escape stairway made of wood. No external fire stairway. This hotel is a fire trap. External polystyrene cladding being fitted on the outside walls with NO fire protection. A SERIOUS fire hazard like UK Grenville Tower. Do not stay here.

It was well priced, clean, tidy and helpful staff. What more can you ask for. Will use again.

Tiny bathroom. We were reminded of a cabin on a cross channel ferry except the bathroom was smaller.

Convenient stop at a fair price.

This hotel is cheap but is run down and the hotel, hotel room and surrounding area are all very depressing. Practically no wifi in my room, probably because it was one of the furthest from the lobby.

Arrived at midnight couldn’t even get access to the car park or hotel as we had no code. No one could assist as there was no management at the hotel & neither could hotels.com. Only got in via another guest who knew the codes which allowed us to get a room this took over an hour after 15hr drive!!!

Overnight stay for flight next day we did not factor in the taxi journey so we could have stayed closure in a more expensive hotel as the taxi journey was expensive to airport. Staff friendly and very accommodating and booked taxi for us . Room itself was basic but clean good hot shower and wide range of food for breakfast. No where really to grab a meal in an evening especially if weather bad as it was for us.

Cheap and cheerful hotel, good for over night stay, very close to motorway junction but in a very quiet location, room small and shower even smaller but you get what you pay for, bed comfortable so slept well, probably wouldnt stay again as shower room too small prefer more space.

After a long drive it's just what you need to rest and keep going the next day. Very polite staff.

This Premiere Classe must have the smallest rooms ever. I know the chain is 'cheap and cheerful' and I have stopped in many of them and have been satisfied, but thank goodness I am not half a stone heavier or I would never have been able to use the shower.

Easy to get to just off motorway. But had emergency at 3am and coming not get out of the gate as it was locked and phoned hotel but only spoke French, phone company booked but they didn't know , lucky someone was awake to and knew code . So make sure you get the code just in case you have a emergency

This hotel is terrible. I advised them of my late arrival since they close at 9PM, I travel from Paris, there is no way I can be there by 9PM. On arrival, I tried to use the automatic machine located in the hotel, only to find out, my reservation can not be found. Shocking! I almost became homeless instantly. Luckily a young man entered the hotel, and I asked him to call the number indicated on the machine. Quickly enough, a caretaker came to counter, but told me I have NO reservation, and the hotel is full. I showed him my hotels.com reservation both on paper, and in my computer. He still said my name is not on the list. Thankfully I looked at that list, my name is on there, I wonder why he kept saying I don't have a reservation? The hotel did reply to my e-mail quickly, but did not say clearly about the access code. Anyway, otherwise everything else is fine.
