Spent three nights - - very convenient location close to the train station. Avoided traffic and parking hassles in central Paris. 20 minute train ride to Notre Dame and Invalides stations. Grocery store and great bakery, butcher shop and restaurants right around the corner.

and this my second time , I have relatives live close by
It is like American Hotels but smaller rooms
It has free WiFi , on room tv, coffee, tea,
And private bath room

Great hotel to meet our requirements which were to allow us an easy journey into Paris on the Metro - the local station is a 5 minute walk and the 10-15 mins ride into the centre of Paris. We also wanted easy access on to the autoroute to allow our onward journey the following day to the south of France and again, it took 5 mins drive to find the autoroute. Overall, cost effective, comfortable hotel.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hôtel des Arcades de Cachan Grand Paris Sud, and I have to express my disappointment. I specifically chose this hotel because of the assurance of air conditioning on their website. The hotel's claim of having a/c turned out to be a complete lie, leaving me to stay through a hot and uncomfortable stay on my first night.
Adding insult to injury, the hotel reception’s response was somewhat dismissive and at a certain point for laughed at. After arguing for an hour about the claims on the website he finally said they would have someone come fix it around 3pm the NEXT day. I asked for a partial credit for not getting what I paid for and they rejected it.
I strongly advise prospective guests to steer clear of this place until they either address this issue or at least update their website to reflect accurate information. It is unacceptable to mislead guests about essential amenities like air conditioning.

Nice place. It is close to restaurants and the room was comfortable. The staff was kind. The breakfast was very limited for the cost. A hard boiled egg, dried fruits, lunch meat and cheese and bread for 12 Euros. If you can wait until it opens, there is a bakery around the corner.

Had 2 rooms booked but they only knew about one. Could not turn of air conditioning in room despite desperate efforts all night long. Was woken ever 15 minutes by room being incredibly cold and noises air con. The most expensive 3 hours sleep I’ll ever have.

If you are expecting the Paris experience this is not your hotel, this is a great little hotel located on the outskirts if Paris, there is a train station 10 minutes away, bus lines, restaurants and supermarkets, it is located in a residential neighborhood quiet, clean and relatively safe, parking is free, rooms are clean and spacious (for Paris), if you want to stay in the heart of Paris you will probably pay three times as much, spent 11 nighrs there bot a single problem, staff is courteus and friendly with basic english knowledge enough to comunicate, AC is cold and water pressure was om too. Only thing is that I wish they had a mini fridge in the room and a microwave available for guests to use (if you ask them they will heat your food in the kitchen microwave for you) apart from that I will highly recommend this place.

I booked a double room and expect what I saw on Hotels.com.
When I arrived, I got a room for disabled, there is almost no light as the small window is far away from the bed. There is no hair dryer, the bed is much smaller than it should be as it's clear with the bedside lamps that it does not match the size of the bed. I suppose they have made this room so it can fit wheelchair.
It was already very late so I can't be bother mention about this to staff.
Only stayed for 2 nights, I paid 125 euro per night which is way higher than it's normal price.

The staff are very friendly. I didn't stay at the hotel for most of the time but then it's quite comfortable. Proximity to RER station and other shops is really helpful. Decently clean and area is quiet as well. Nothing much to complain about really. Good value for money.
