A wonderful property with fresh new rooms, great customer service and carefully maintained surroundings. The restaurant, if a little pricey, makes for a wonderful evening overlooking the grounds. Just be aware that you cannot walk outside the grounds as there are no pedestrian routes or pathways, limiting you to a taxi or rental car if you with to visit the neighbouring towns.

My girlfriend and I wanted an overnight getaway in the mountains. From the start this hotel was amazing. I booked the wrong day and Julian was able to correct it and give us the same price. The spa was fantastic (a must if you go), the rooms clean, large and well decorated. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back and stay longer!

We booked a junior family suite with a golf course view and got a room with views over the car park. The room was ok, spacious, the bed is very hard and the pillows are uncomfortable.
The hotel is not very baby friendly as there are stairs to the room and also up to the pool too.
Wifi only works in the restaurant, I didn't have service in the room or by the pool.
The restaurant staff is very rude and the standard of service is not what you'd expect when you're spending £200 a night.
There's no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast is charged at 20 euros per head (for fresh bread and ham)
The room was 'cleaned' once a day, but cleaning only means tucking the bedsheets in. We had cobwebs and rubbish left behind our door. We used the glasses provided for the minibar, but they didn't get cleaned.
Over all we felt like we didn't get the service and the value we expected for our money.

Beautiful area, amazing property. Stuff were super helpful and nice, its a place to relax. Although No kettle in the room, you cant make tea of coffee... My room and bathroom were quite outdated with a shower curtain over a bathtub.....with some hair from previous gusts.

We booked a deluxe room with terrace. Was given a room in the old building, very tired and dated, not at all what I was expecting from the pictures on the website, or from the previous reviews. Poor wifi and no mobile phone reception in the room. One restaurant was only open lunchtimes and the other was closed on Sunday and Monday, so did not eat there. Pool was closed even though the weather was hot for the time of year (April). Valbonne, 5 mins drive away, is a very pretty town close by with lots of restaurants. Good view of the golf course from the terrace. Strictly one for golfers.

We arrived at the hotel and received excellent attention. The young lady that received us at reception showed us around the property and then to our room. She arrange help with our bags.
The property is in a great location and the rooms were large and the pool area excellent.
Its a small drive to a fantastic village called Valbonne with a great market and dinning atmosphere.
The location also lends itself as being close to Monaco, Nice. Cannes.

The hotel is in a lovely quiet location, the pool area was relaxing and plenty of loungers.
The room was beautiful (in the old building), clean and comfortable, although no tea/ coffee making facilities there was a good sized fridge.
Great location for visiting nearby villages/towns but car essential.

The hotel could not be located on GPS navigation. I spent 45 min to one hour trying to find it based on address provided. Two different business owners in town could not provide directions. Had difficulty with cell phone connection calling hotel with request for directions form my lication. Once there hotel was fine.

Generally ok. We stayed in newly refurbished rooms, which were nice but much more modern than we expected. We booked for dinner at the outdoor restaurant, lovely location. When we arrived on time we were told they were a bit busy and we should go away and come back in 20 mins, which was a bit rude.
When we came back, we had a lovely meal and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
Overall, nice location, good food but very slightly jaded. I will forgive the staff as a one off.
