Very clean and walkable to old town. Good price and quality for the room. Free on site parking. Toilet in bathroom right next to the wall so a little bit uncomfortable to use. Otherwise, highly recommend.

The staf was very kind and friendly. I would recommend the breakfast. The city center and shoping streets are within the walking distance. I will stay in Hotel Gustave Colmar again

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms are modern, spacious and have the bonus of either a memory foam or standard pillow. There is water bottle filling station and a coffee machine in the lobby available at all hours. The breakfast buffet had a plentiful selection, though there is a charge. The only drawback is the long walk,a good 30 minutes from the train station. 12 mins to the Christmas markets.

The room at this hotel was ridiculously small. I was staying with my daughter, and there was not enough room to lay out our bags. We had to take turns in the morning packing up. The bathroom was quite large, which made no sense to me and we stored some stuff in there, the hotel is a 15 minute walk from the Christmas market so the location was handy. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful. There was only instant coffee in the room as there was no room for a coffee maker. The room is heated and cooled by a unit above the bed that blew on the bed all night (the bed filled the room so there was no other place it could blow). The amount of money we pay for this room I would not stay again!

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and didn’t expect it to be so good due to the low price, however it was excellent, located with 5 mins walk to the main centre, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was free and they have free squash and coffee. The breakfast was superb with a great choice.

Loud electrical buzzing noise every 30 seconds. No one was there in late evening to talk to about changing rooms or if that noise was dangerous. Emergency phone on wall was dead. Hotel is nowhere near the central area, sandwiched between two busy roads. Avoid this place if you want to sleep.

Area is okay about a 9 minute walk to City Center, but next to a major through fare. Staff was very friendly. Limited parking area and the area in the back is very tight and only about 5 cars. The air conditioner did not work not even the fan portion of the system. It was very warm in the room. Opened window and shade just a bit to get some air flow. As room was on the side of the major through fare it was very noisy. Though it says rooms are sound proofed you still slightly hear the next room and the road even with window closed.

Room is smaller than the website shown, but the lobby is beautiful! Just don't like the internet access. It needed to be registered and using a userID and password to loggin. Even my phone and my computer shown it is an unsafe website. I was concerned with no choice!
