Lovely hotel, well located for airport shuttle and train station. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Staff was great. Everything was clean. Property was very well situated. In short, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
One small issue. Bathroom was so small that you couldn't use the toilet with your feet hitting the door in front of you. Don't know who designed it, but..........other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Staff were wonderful and everyone was very accommodating.

We arrive at the hotel at 3:40 pm, got the room key, to be surprised, the room was a mess, used towel on the floor, beds were not clean etc, talked to the receptionist, was told we needed to wait 45 minutes

Excellent for location for shops & restaurants. Very helpful friendly staff.
Just a couple of things to mention- very dusty room :-( & the air freshener in the lobby/bar area - VERY overpowering!! Sadly the smell put me off enjoying a nice drink at the bar. I guess the staff are immune to this!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were excellent and the hotel was nice. Clean, limited, but very good breakfast, and location was great for exploring the City.
The only complaint is a small one, but noticeable. The bathroom was the tiniest little bathroom I've ever seen and so small that it was actually difficult to use comfortably. Rooms are not all exactly the same, so maybe ours was the outlier, don't know. Anyway, staff were superb and we enjoyed the stay.

Visiting Toulouse on motorcycles from the UK. Public Parking for three nights was a little worrying.
Great little hotel though, literally 200m from a wonderful food market, restaurants and bars.
Had a great time in Toulouse ending with a win over Toulouse by York City Knights RLFC.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The amenities are nice and modern, and the cleanliness was top notch! Especially the bathrooms were really great, which wasn’t always our experience in France. The staff are warm and accommodating, so lovely!

El estacionamiento no es del hotel, es publico y teniamos 6 maletas que tuvimos que trasladar solos y ademas el ascensor del parking no llegaba a la calle, tuvimos que subir 2 pisos de una escalera muy angosta y ademas pagar el parking aparte !! Esto nadie lo informa antes !!

The hotel was super clean and decorated nicely. It's in a great location; the metro is just a 2-minute walk away, and it's a short walk to the city center and restaurants.
My room was spacious and spotless.
The staff were really friendly.
I highly recommend it.

A nice newly renovated hotel. With super high temperature in Toulouse last week the new AC tremendously helps. However, where my room was facing too close to the apartments in the back and I could not at all open the curtain anytime, rather unsafe especially for female guests.
