The hotel building is the former residence of the governor of Alsace and has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are large, the decor is minimalist modern, done in warm colors. It has a nice bar area that opens to a courtyard and has a DJ on some nights of the week. We did not eat at the restaurant, except for the morning breakfast buffet, which has more offerings than most hotels provide. The breakfast was expensive, however: 30€, unless booked as part of a room package.

Our second stay at Hotel Leonor. Wonderful hotel. Large spotless room, quiet, big bathroom, great air conditioning. Public areas very modern.
Only issue I had was parking. I had a confirmed reservation for a parking spot but was told on arrival that their parking was full. The staff quickly issued me with a receipt for a public lot which took care of the problem.

Didn’t appreciate noise from courtyard fr early morning to late night neither the noicy cracking floor, also the bathroom sink was really weird. The water would splash on the floor as it was so shallow and I didn’t dare wash my contact lenses as there was no stopper.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Leonor. It’s in a good location in the centre of Strasbourg.It was very busy when we were there but the staff were always friendly and efficient. The food in both the restaurant and the bar was very good and I can recommend the Paris Brest cake which was devine.Breakfast was good but I thought a bit pricy but that is probably due to the location
The rooms are good and the en-suite lovely
I’m not sure I like the open wardrobe idea but perhaps I’m a bit old fashioned.
If you want a hotel to stay at in Strasbourg I would recommend staying here
