Clean and slept well. However no kettle tea or coffee in the room

Tram transportation is just infront of the hotel.

Convenient for a short stay.

Check in was very easy and staff very pleasant. Room available before check in time. Room was a good size and everything very modern. Bed comfort excellent as was bathroom facilities. Tram to town was easy to use although pricey.

I have been visiting this hotel for more than 15 years. the hotel is in a good area with a good size rooms a very nice breakfast and afriendly staff. the only thing, i hope they do some thing about the carpet in the rooms either cleaning the spots of coffee or change the carpet completely. i will always keep visiting this hotel and the area.

Hotel is not clean You can not find tissue in room

A good alternative to more costly hotels in Geneva, with easy transport links into the city.

the carpet is in need of real cleaning or complete replacment an arabic tv channel needed because i have met some arab client and they were surpriced that this hotel does not have one.

The price was reasonable. Easy access to Geneva via Tram No. 17 and No 12.

Thé rooms and bathrooms are of good and comfortable size, the staff is friendly. Parking at late night is a little challenging

The stay was good: super convenient location; staff were helpful and friendly; clean; furniture has probably seen better days.

Quite expensive price for the quality of the stay. Thumbs up only for the position in front of the tram stop, very convenient to reach Geneva's city center in 20 minutes. The room was quite nice, but the bathroom was surrounded by a bad smell of humidity; even after a complain, nothing changed. Also, my magnetic card did not work at the second night and I had to have it reset at the reception. The most disappointing part was that, at my arrival, I've been asked for a 150 EUR deposit by cash without any previous notice; since the ATM was too far, I gave my credit card number, which is something not recommended usually. Even though this is asked by law, it would be better to specify it at booking time.

Got a good deal on this hotel and was happy about it... but the hotel is located in a seemingly so so neighborhood ( we actually don’t know if it’s the case or not...). The room was ok although a bit run down but the bathroom seemed to have been recently remodeled ( website picture not matching the reality unless we got an older room not yet remodeled). The room was a bit smelly due to a leaky AC... and we couldn’t tell reception because there was nobody when we checked out. Maybe due to Covid policy ? Otherwise breakfast was good and although we had a room streetside we didn’t hear much.
