Small rooms/air con not working. Lift a bit small. Expected better

very good place

Very small room, bathroom and elevator. Can’t even walk normally in room, bathroom and elevator can’t even be 2 persons

First of all, it doesn't have very clear GPS location and I spent 15 minutes to coordinate with the help of other IBIS person and get the address. For the space of aprox 15-20 sq mtr, this hotel charged EURO 124, which is not very attractive. I felt continuous sound of shoes while walking on the upper floor. Breakfast is not that great but can adjust to fill the gap. Another good gesture that they offered me a coffee at no charge, as I was about leave at 6.30 am for the airport. Only Good part is that the Metro Mairie de Clichy is just 3 minutes walk a way.

Absolutely impressed with this hotel - great value, location, transport links, friendly staff. Only conern was the lift which was small.

Is a beauty place but is really small, and have not any kind of amenities, but the people work there super kindly I love them.

Nice area, near to the tube station. Small bedroom, noisy. Air conditioner doesn't work. Lift for just one person. Good breakfast.

This property is so quaint, and provides an amazing experience. It’s different from the typical American stay, but if you truly want to experience France in a non- tourist way, it is perfect. The staff is incredible and they make you feel right at home

Hotel advertised car park with electric charging. This was our number one priority. There was no car park,staff knew nothing and we had to park elsewhere, not charge car and pay higher rate than advertised by Expedia

All Good - although a Smaller room

The desk manager did a greatl job helping me to recover my cell phone left in my Uber Cab - he couldn’t have been more helpful

Our stay was very comfortable. Checked in quite late at night but was smooth. Room was cleaned every day, clean towels were provided. The room was decent size for the price had an A/C which helped.

Was perfect. Clean and easy. Perfect for a quick stay.

Room was very small. As I was traveling alone I didn't find it uncomfortable. But I can hear from next room, wall is that thin. Otherwise good experience.

Extremely small bathroom!! Sitting on the toilet meant your knees touched the wall in front of you. And as a woman of 5ft 6 I’m not that tall.. I imagine someone at 6ft+ would really struggle. The shower also really small and you have to step over the toilet to get in and out of the shower cubicle. The bed was very comfortable and extra pillows were provided. The air conditioning didn’t work - it kept reverting back to the heating setting. When we mentioned this to the concierge they didn’t seem to take it seriously. We probably should have pushed this further but decided to leave it. Concierge not always very helpful. We were in Paris during the biggest train strike since 1995 and nobody really helped us to find alternate methods of transport. Brilliant when we asked them to order us a taxi to go home. Can’t comment on the food because we didn’t use the breakfast service. The cleaner was immense. And came back twice on one day because I was really ill, so she cleaned in stages so as not to disturb me. Really pleasant lady also!

The room they reserved for me on 6th floor was small, not cleaned, bed cover was not changed-I picked up the male tiny hairs and showed to the staff. Staff gave me the new duvet set and I changed it myself but they had no room available to give me the same day. Plus room roof had an issue and it was making a tickling noise therefore i couldn’t sleep the whole night. Next day they gave me another room but all rooms are small in this hotel and toilets are too small to fit in. Breakfast was just ok but only limited options to pick from. Would avoid this hotel the next time at all costs!!
