good room, good facilities

Neat and clean rooms, very spacious. Good service and staff. There is no Kettle in the room, but there is an option to get hot water from the reception. When asked it was informed that only 4 star and above hotels will have a kettle in the room. Paying around 70 Euros per day for a room and not having a kettle is very disappointing. This will be very hard for guests during the cold days. If it is about the cost, then please charge an extra cost and provide a kettle service for the guest who wanted to use it. Stay wise it was all good, very close to the CDG Airport.

I liked the hotel. It looked new. Everybody were nice. You need to have a car to be able to get around. The hotel is located a few minutes from Paris.

Very adequate for a single night before catching an early flight at CDG. The front staff was friendly and quick, vending and restaurants in the hotel were excellent and affordable. Only thing wrong with our room was the AC didn't work. We didn't bother reporting it because we were there for less than 12 hours.

I booked this property because I had a car rental and I needed a facility that was close to the airport and had parking available. The hotel is very nice and clean and modern. The rooms were big and spacious. The bathroom was very big and also spacious and clean. Both of the reception ladies that helped me were extremely nice, helpful and spoke a great English, which was very helpful for me, if I was in the same situation again, I would definitely stay there and would recommend this to anybody with an early flight or a car rental in Paris. There is also a restaurant on the premise, which smelled delicious, but I was not able to try it.

Nice friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room , great air conditioning even in hot humid weather. Large car park and nice restaurant in the complex as well as bar food in the hotel, standard breakfast for an ibis but good . You can faintly hear the planes from the airport, but they stop at midnight and they didn’t wake me in the morning, I will definitely stay again

Despite being a non-smoking room the room itself had a smell of cigarettes.

Typically I don't write hotel reviews but my husband and I felt like adding some comments. In our 24 hour stay we were impressed with the accommodations for what we paid, but in particular the hotel staff. Each person's willingness, kindness and service with a smile really stood out to us. The youthful college/university casual atmosphere, with continual alternative/ top 40 soft rock playing the common areas, made for a pleasant atmosphere. Being an older couple we did not feel out of place and recognize this place is for all ages, professions or vacationing folks. The room was simplistic, with no bells or whistles, but the bed was magnificent to us. There is no room service but this did not discourage us because the staff were eager to fulfill our needs when we communicated to them. Lastly, the bar had tapas that were perfect for snacking on, and the continental breakfast was a very generous spread. We highly recommend that anyone staying would add this to their reservations. We give this the highest rating because the service and lovely staff made it the best experience. Well done!

It was a nightmare, terrible. Although the booking I did via Hotel.com was confirmed, when I arrived, the hotel was fully booked and didn't get a room. I spent all night at the lobby. the hotel said there was an email IT problem whereby the hotel could not reject the bookings
